Today solidified that this is the Worst Wendy?s in the area. I have never had a good experience at this location. Today I... ordered from the app. When I got to the restaurant (lunch time on a Tuesday) the inside was closed. I waited in the drive thrufor 10 minutes only to get to the window and be told they don?t see my name on the screen so they can?t help me with my order. Itried to show my Oder confirmation with the number, and was told there?s nothing they can do. I asked what I needed to do toreceive my order and was told I could cancel it or wait in the parking lot to see if my name pops up. Just crazy. My points werenot returned to my account and I left with no food and no assistance or effort to assist me. The food was okay...the chicken was dry and not super fresh and the fires had barely any salt, but I was hungry and it was... edible. My husband said the loaded fried with the two types of cheese was a bit weird, but the bacon was good. The frosty wasn'tblended well, but it helped make the fries more edible. The customer service was fine but as far as the food it just was not good. It just had a horrible taste to it and I couldn?t eat... it. Food is Wendy?s, so predictably good and not what the review is five stars for. The best thing was the staff. The ladies taking... and preparing the orders were very polite and helpful and the gentleman in charge went above and beyond to guide us in the storeand welcome us (we were wandering around looking for the entrance) and leads by example by making sure everything was spotlessand in-check.
