Service was amazing. Our server Erica, was incredibly sweet and greeted all customers in such a genuine manner. Took our order... with a smile and got everything out to us perfectly. We stopped here late at night on our way to Mobile, AL. We?re from GA and didn?t know the area at all so we were very glad to... see that this location was very nice. Andrew was the only one working but was very nice and provided great service! They weremuch nicer than any staff at any of our local WH locations :) Read more
Waffle House on college street closed early, so came here. Got the best greeting ever from Andrew!! She explained she wasn?t a... cooked, and at the time she was the only one. Worst experience!! Fully staffed, no one was in there eating. We were told to have a seat while they ?cleaned tables?. There?s... no one there. Kids on their phone and singing to the jukebox. We waiting patiently for 10 minutes, then just left. Managementneed to be aware. Read more

Granted it was 4 in the morning when we stopped by here but this was best Waffle House experience I've had in years. The staff... was extremely courteous friendly and just cheerful. Went here for dinner while on a trip. There was only one guy here working. He apologized that it would take longer then usual... for the order and food. It actually didn't take too long at all. This guy was a trooper, taking orders, cooking food, keepingdrinks full. I hate I didn't write this right after so I remembered his name. He was great, but the people that should have beenworking with him that didn't show up should feel pitiful. I can't complain at all over the service that night.
