I'd forgotten how good the food tastes at Waffle House. Service was good. The atmosphere was what you expect at Waffle House.
Workers refused to seat us due to take out only. 5 workers standing around. Call in line said they were not taking call in... workers. I guess WH likes paying overhead for 5 people to stand around and do nothing. When you find service like this - VOTEWITH YOUR FEET AND WALLET?I?m sure they will figure it out eventually. Read more
Crazy! ?We are not open 24 hours a day? THEN WHY ADVERTISE IT!? There?s no reason to go to takeout only at a restaurant before 10pm when it?s supposed to be 24 hours. Its a restaurant, not a... drive thru. General managers or corporate needs to address this. This is ridiculous. There?s tables for a reason. No one wantsto walk in just to do a takeout order and have a soggy waffle or toast or food. Read more
It's Sept 2022 and their voicemail says come in, they're not doing to-go orders so they can cater to in-person customers... but... if you pull in, there's not a soul inside. 2 years post-pandemic and they're still not communicating their hours clearly orbothering to staff accordingly. Just change the hours to 7a-7p based on what you've actually been staffing for 2 years and quitacting like you're actually following corporate policy. I've tried to eat here probably 10-15 times in the last two years andfound the restaurant empty despite calling ahead. Don't bother. Go anywhere else. It will be a waste of your time. I got there at 2pm on a Wednesday. I was the only customer. The cook refused to give me service unless I wanted takeout. I just... wanted a dang waffle! I don't think waffles are car eating food. Will not return to this location even though it is prettyconvenient when I am shopping. Read more
This Waffle House stinks. It closes at 9pm on weekdays and 11:59pm ?promptly? on weekends! That?s absolutely insane. I thought... the whole point of Waffle House was to provide an average meal ANYTIME! Also this Waffle House will deny carry out orders ifthey feel they are ?too busy.? Don?t be surprised when after waiting 30 minutes for a table to be turned away because it?s8:45pm! 8:45! Oh and no take out. ?Too busy.? Two separate times I have visited this location and been turned away. My favoriteexperience at this location was when the half wit waitress, after turning me and my family away, told me ?Sir, this is not aBurger King we are not open 24 hours a day? Funny, I have never seen a Burger King that is open 24 hours just as I have neverseen a Waffle House that closes and actively turns away business. Sad.
