Ordered 2 smoothies in the store. There were only a few other people in the store, on a Sunday morning. We waited 15 minutes... and asked about our order. They said they had grubhub and online orders ahead of us. We waited 5 more minutes and nothing. Then we asked for our money back and they said they didn't do refunds. Finally got our smoothies nearly 30 minutes afterordering. This is unacceptable. If someone comes in and orders in person they should be served as soon as possible or if youare not able to provide prompt service at least let the customer know so they can go somewhere else before taking their moneyand not allowing refunds. usually i really love this place, but i?ve had the worst experience today. i ordered my food and when i got home i found not one... but TWO dark long hairs in my sandwich. when i called back the boy that took my order, miles, (who was rude) said there wasn?t agirl working that day when a girl handed me my order before i left. he then handed the phone to the woman and she was trying tomake it right while the boy was laughing in the back. extremely disappointed in the service today and i even work in customerservice. update: i found 3 dark hairs Read more
TERRIBLE, SLOW, UNFRIENDLY SERVICE. The manager "will be right back" THREE times. It took 5 minutes for someone to come see... about my delivery order. It took ten minutes to get there and we waited another 15 minutes until I ended up just cancelling theorder. Idk who hired these people but you need to replace today's staff immediately. They didnt even have many people waiting.They don't care about their customers and are clearly only there to get a check. One employee appears to have not slept in threedays... If you're hiring your friends here to do them a favor, STOP. Hire people who care about doing a good job because ifyou're going to be slow, at LEAST have excellent customer service skills. I will NEVER be back. Don't go here if you'rehungry... Go before you get hungry and by the time someone takes your order, you'll be hungry. When you finally get it, you'llbe starving. After you eat it, it may taste like the best food on the planet... But everything is great when you'restarving. Just NO!!!!!! Ordered the jerk chicken quesadilla, the Santa Fe chicken quesadilla, and the chicken pesto flatbread. Received 2 chicken and... cheese quesadillas with nothing else on them and the bacon chicken ranch flatbread. Read more

I go here to get a smooth at least twice a week in the morning for breakfast. It's never that busy and I always get my smoothie... quickly. The employees are always nice and concise. I just tell them what I want and they make it quick! The actual selection offood is really good too, definitely a great alternative to other fast food places around town. Read more
