Never have I had such an awful sandwich from subway. I love their Italian sandwiches, and I order off their app all the time and... this sandwich was just gross. It wasn?t toasted, it was soaking wet, and not to mention the employee lied and told me it wastoasted before looking at me and saying ?actually I have no idea if it was toasted? and then walked away without offering to fixit or anything. Went here on Halloween around 3pm and they had one guy working there. He was very welcoming and informative but he made the... sandwich in a very sloppy way. Put very little bit of tomatoes lettuce etc. And the cookie was overcooked. We will not come hereagain Read more
I had the worst subway experience in my life today around 2pm. The black guy who works there is always rude. But today, it... crossed a line. When he saw me, he said "white or wheat?" I wasn't sure what he meant so I asked "what do you mean?" He keptignoring my question and said "white or wheat?" I asked, "Do you mean you are out of other kinds of bread and that is all youhave?" And he looked at me annoyed and repeated "white or wheat?" I said "wheat." And he put only 3 tiny pieces of onion so Iasked him, "could you put extra onion?" He said "this is what you get. I am following the guidelines." I said, "so you aresaying there is no way I can get a little extra onion?" But he kept repeating the same thing. And then, there was anothercustomer in line and he went to that guy without even letting me know that there is an option to pay extra if I has to pay extrafor extra veggies. I don't know how he is still not fired. Worst customer service ever. I will never go to that place again.Seriously, if you are a manager or owner reading this, please do something. The employees seem extremely irritated when customers walk in the door. Not friendly AT ALL! No hello, how are you, ect.. just... "what bread". Absolutely zero customer service skills, it doesn't take much to smile and just not be rude. Horrible attitudespast 3 times we've been in. If you hate your job so much, quit. I'll pay more at panera next door with no attitudes and feelwelcomed atleast, and fresher food. No more chances. Do better Read more

They need a zero star option... I walked into this subway & there was a guy make a sub from a ticket. He never spoke to us. We... stood in front of the glass so we were very visible. The only people in there by the way. He didn't say HI. One moment. Nothingat all. Didnt even look up. So I went to the restroom, came back out & my sister Said he still didn't acknowledge our existenceso we left... I'm never going to this one again.. I drove all the way to the one on Frederick in opelika and huge difference.Those ladies were so nice and had our to go order ready when we arrived and asked us if we needed anything else. This is the only terrible place you can go to. If you really asking for the worst subway experience this is it everybody. I... understand that when a customer walks in and doesn?t order you ask them politely may i help you, but this guy at the store (HE?s BALD SHORT HEIGHT, BROWN/BLACK SKIN SATURATION ) was like do you wanna order ? I said yeah hold on just a minute because iwas on phone and sitting on the chair not interrupting the line or nobody and there wasn?t noone even and then i get to line andhe ignored me because i said to wait and then he says hurry up i got business to handle too, like for real you tell this tosomeone who?s sandwich you?re about to make now. This was the worst service I have ever seen. There were 2 employees there, a male and a female, both in their 40's probably. ... The guy would not look at me. He was mumbling under his breath so I thought he was talking to his coworker. Then he got louderand incredibly rude. She had an attitude as well. Both were very unfriendly and unprofessional.
