Absolutely dreadful service. Waited in the pull in and after 45 minutes and AFTER taking our order they said they were drive... through only. The line was going to be an additional 45 minutes. We left. Avoid this restaurant. Tell your friends to avoid thisrestaurant. Tell your congressmen to shut this place down. Read more
just left this sonic. Ordered two large cheesecake milkshakes in the app. waited for about 20 minutes and when the worker... brought our milkshakes out i took a sip and immediately had to spit it out. It tasted so sour, almost like it was fermented. Ionly took one sip but it was enough to make my throat burn for about 10 minutes afterward. The other person in the car with metried theirs and had the same reaction. I have had the cheesecake milkshake many times, so I knew this was not right. I guesswhatever milk they used was very soured. We immediately threw them in the trash. Read more
Don?t expect speedy service here. I waited an hour and never got my mobile order. They always close stall service and only allow... drive thru. There?s no point in using the app because they can?t manage it. Read more
If I wanted to wait 30 minutes to get my food I would?ve gone to a sit down restaurant. Literally have waited at the speaker in... the drive thru for 15 minutes (multiple times) before anyone said a word. Doesn?t matter what time of day you go they are alwaysdrive through only. Don?t waste your time here just go to the one on Dean road or go to the McDonalds across the street. Read more

Worst experience ever at a Sonic. Waited 10 minutes at the pull-up space for someone to respond after pressing the red button.... They never did. Then chose to drive through the drive through. After I ordered at the speaker, waited another 10 minutes beforeI made it up to the window. When I got to the window I gave them my payment and was charged for the meal I ordered. I was thentold it would be a minute. Once they came back to the window they informed me that they ran out of one of the items I ordered(popcorn chicken)- after they had already taken my payment. I agreed to substitute it and was provided the substitution ofchicken tenders - which was only two! I waited for 20+ minutes only to not get what I wanted and not enough food to feed my kidsand ended up driving across the street to Wendy?s. Save yourself time and frustration - go elsewhere. Employees don't bother to make sure your order is right. If you order through the app and add or remove something, don't expect... it done, even if you paid for it! I never get extra fruit that I pay for. My slushies and shakes are never even mixed. They arealways out of peanut butter. Service here takes forever. Can't even count how many times I've seen the "someone is heading yourway with your order" and waited an additional ten to fifteen minutes after that to get my order. Go literally anywhere else.
