Absolutely dreadful service. Waited in the pull in and after 45 minutes and AFTER taking our order they said they were drive... through only. The line was going to be an additional 45 minutes. We left. Avoid this restaurant. Tell your friends to avoid thisrestaurant. Tell your congressmen to shut this place down. Read more
just left this sonic. Ordered two large cheesecake milkshakes in the app. waited for about 20 minutes and when the worker... brought our milkshakes out i took a sip and immediately had to spit it out. It tasted so sour, almost like it was fermented. Ionly took one sip but it was enough to make my throat burn for about 10 minutes afterward. The other person in the car with metried theirs and had the same reaction. I have had the cheesecake milkshake many times, so I knew this was not right. I guesswhatever milk they used was very soured. We immediately threw them in the trash. Read more

Employees don't bother to make sure your order is right. If you order through the app and add or remove something, don't expect... it done, even if you paid for it! I never get extra fruit that I pay for. My slushies and shakes are never even mixed. They arealways out of peanut butter. Service here takes forever. Can't even count how many times I've seen the "someone is heading yourway with your order" and waited an additional ten to fifteen minutes after that to get my order. Go literally anywhere else.
