Pizza was delicious. However, they now charge for the cheese that used to be free on every table.
Staff is amazing because they got one person making pizza, working the register and delivering pizza and mopping the floor all... at the same time so they get 5 stars. but I swear corporate must have them trying to save money anyway they can... Theyre reallyskimping on toppings lately. You order a pizza with pepperoni you get one pepperoni. You gotta order extra pepperoni if you wanttwo pieces. Just ordered from here. Was charged for the order. Went to pick up and there was not even anybody that was working there. While... I was there, 5 other cars pulled up to pick up their order. All had also been charged. Building empty. Corporate number didn'tseem to care. Said we would have money back in 3 days. They have been running this location with 1 employee for the last 2years. Ordered 2 pizzas and told them it would be cash at 10:55 am. Made several calls finally reaching them at 1pm because still no... pizza. At that point I was informed that our order was canceled because they don't accept cash for delivery. First and last timeI order from this location. Read more
I have not ordered pizza Hut in years. I had forgotten why. This experience reminded me and was even worse. I placed my order... at 6:30 pm. There was an estimated delivery time of 120 to 130 minutes. My pizza did not arrive until after 9:30. I understandthe word estimate but a 50% error is inexcusable. 3 hours is awful for a delivery time. I got a text 30 minutes before the pizzaarrived that it was out for delivery. I know with the difficulties keeping employees has affected delivery. Our order was turned over to door dash. After Pizza Hut... said our order was out for delivery, it was still around 45 minutes even though we live nearby and delivery is usually quick.Our pizza was cold by then. Here's the thing...if they are staffed, the food is usually good. We had sworn off pizza hut in an effort to eat better and were... doing pretty good. So we come here once every 3 months or so and it is PAINFUL to get food on time. What you need to do is planto wait about 45min for your food to be ready for pickup. Not delivery...45min for pickup. Tonight, there was a grand total of1 person working in the back. One person. Making all the food. And he wasn't in a terrible mood about it either. Just steadilyworking, explaining that he was the only person there. There were only a couple of customers, but 1 person? Unacceptable. I knowmanagement is terrible, because I don't see this kind of low staffing in places where they pay a good wage. Pay up, staff up,and give your people some help.
