Need to fix their lights inside. I got the tuna and it tasted like it had been frozen for 2 years and then completely overcooked... it. I'm used to seared tuna and they literally had it on the menu served medium rare, so I asked for them to cook it rare. I gotone medium well, the potatoes tasted terrible but the Lima beans were ok. Just dnt get the tuna. The chicken pita was prettygood. Out of all entree's the party got the person who order chips and queso got it last. Like really? U can burn tuna and makechicken pita then a ribeye with asparagus faster than queso in a bowl and putting chips on a plate? Get it together Live Oaks.Hopefully it was just a bad night. Read more

We started off with the mac n cheese bites which were absolutely amazing and some great alcoholic beverages. My new... favorite....Not Your Toomers Lemonade. AWESOME!!! Then we moved to "The Burger" and fries! Look how delicious. The second entreewas the salmon which was also very tasty. Great friendly staff and service. Very helpful. Read more

Very mediocre (im being generous when I say this) We were In town for work and a coworker got a recommendation from a friend to... come here. Said it was fantastic. Staff was very friendly but couldn't seem to keep track of their tables, the food wasn'tgood. With that said It seems like the kind of place to drop in for a drink on the patio on a nice evening and bounce. Read more

Down from nj to visit my son, location is convenient and the atmosphere was good Amazing that the Mets are playing the Braves ... for the pennant but they are showing reruns from a game between the Braves and Phillies? The food was Bad. I am convincedthey precook the chicken and dry it out then throw it on top of whatever you order My wife ordered salmon and they overcookedit, nothing worse than dried out fish it really was bad If your starving , down town and need something drink the beer andavoid the food Read more

If you?re looking for great food and environment, visit Live Oaks in Auburn, Alabama. The indoor seating is beautiful but the... outdoor ambiance is what you want. Enjoy a cool Alabama breeze as your tastebuds surrender to onslaught of flavor from theregion?s favorite foods. I?ve had the Shrimp-n-grits, fried chicken, and pork chops but the bread pudding is my favorite. Makesure you try a sweet treat when you stop by. I didn?t realize this was a strictly outside location, but it was such a nice day I didn?t mind! There wasn?t a wait at all, so... I loved that on a Friday night, got seated, but I hated how long it took for my waiter to acknowledge our table. But once he gotto our table I understood why. His name was Eric and he was new and he was so kind! We had a few mishaps, but he handled themgreat! The food took a long time, but it was because they were short staffed. I got crab cakes and spinach and artichoke dip foran appetizer. They were a bit thin, but so good and way more sauce than other people give. And the dip was yummy too! To drinkI got a tipsy tiger with tequila and they filled her UP! 10/10 recommend that drink. Honestly, the entree was the worst of theevening. The wait + the taste was not good. It was seasoned with nothing but pepper and the sauce was WAY too salty. It was agood dish, but not last night. My friend ordered asparagus and they gave her green beans??? And everyone?s chicken was dry. I?veheard great things, but nervous about going back because I spent so much for an average experience. Read more

Auburn College town has some of the most unique eateries. Live Oaks really put the show on for the crowd. Full flat screen tv... units, the crowd was loving it. Sports of course. The waitress were on their game, shout out to Ann. I had a Taco burger, pleasantly surprised with fries (flat shaped) gooood. The other guest meals looked pretty tasty. Those who love Mac andcheese, this is the place. Plenty of food, and the prices were reasonable. I will be back on my next outing to Tuskegee. Read more
