I?m beyond angry with the customer service I received. I ordered Krystal from here and came to pick it up in the morning. I was... told that they didn?t serve Krystal sandwiches in the morning. Yet they sale them on the app. I was told that there was nothingthey could do, and that they had no idea how to give me a refund for my purchase since I used their app instead of door dash. Ihave never heard of a store allowing you to buy food from them, and then tell you that there was nothing they could do. I amappalled by the Krystal Franchise. Either this store has awful management and even worse customer service, or the KrystalFranchise as a whole needs to update their app. My biggest regret was not be able to give this restaurant zero stars anddeciding to order from Krystals. I order a original scrambler bowl n got a bowl full of eggs , I want my money back
The town is a friendly town so I expect friendliness or good customer everywhere I go. This store so unorganized the manager or... whomever was on duty 8/12 around 6pm was very unprofessional. Even the door dash person cancel delivering the order because themanager/leader said they wasn?t fixing the drinks for the order .they messed my order up I had to tell them 3 times what I hadand still end up showing my receipt they were handling drinks and food without gloves. The manager with the twist was talkingbad about the other leads saying she don?t know why they hired the other workers and they were not properly trained. I never gotmy order I simply walked out and charged them 8$ to the game. I?m never going on there into they get some new workers. Worst Krystal experience ever. We began with a 45 minute wait for online, pick-up order. Upon unpacking $70 worth of Krystal we... discovered that one ?entrée?item was completely missing. In its place were extra orders of fries. Our chili cheese fries had nochili, and were sprinkled with unmelted, shredded cheese. On the topic of cheese, our ?cheese? Krystals were not even hot enoughto melt the slice of cold cheese. The fries were obviously a emergency borrow from elsewhere. They were not Krystal fries. IfKrystal switched to those awful, pre-battered mistakes they should have given up. Read more
The order taker was very dry and rude! No greeting at all. We were the only car in the drive thru and he acted as if he was... bothered. Had to repeat everything we said. My bread was molded on my pups ???? the fries were so salty I couldn?t eat them.Terrible! Read more
Went through after work because it's really the only thing open, I get it it's late your getting close to closing time but... business is business. Pull up to the speaker, immediately met with rude pushy employee asking for my order. I said my orderthree times and each time, I was responded to in a horribly rude manner. So I drove away. Get your speaker fixed and firewhoever the hell was on that drive thru. No respect no class in the food industry anymore. Read more
