I ordered through the jersey mikes app and when it was 10 minutes past delivery time they quoted me via text I called the store.... I got the run around and the gentleman blamed it all on door dash. I told him that I understand that if I ordered through doordash directly but I didn't, I ordered via jersey mikes and he said well I don't know what to tell you. I asked to speak with amanager and he said we don't have one. I said so yall operate with no manager or supervisor on duty he said oh that's me. I saidok well I am not happy with your stores service. He said well I don't know what to tell you look at it from our point of view wedeliver via 3rd party. I said ok look at it as a company and from a consumer standpoint. I made a purchase via the companies appwho advertised delivery and sent me a message telling me my food we would be delivered at a time. And it is not delivered. Theapp or text I received via the app doesn't say it will be ready for pick up via a 3rd party delivery service by a certain time.I asked him fir his name and he said Christian. I said thanks Christian what's your last name he said I'm not telling you thatI got your order made your food good bye and hung up on me! The is absolutely the worst service I can not believe this. Visited this chain for the 1st time. Store was nice and clean even the rest room. I didn't actually eat the food my boyfriend... did. He is an avid Subway eater and stated they were not as good but were more pricy. I do not eat subs so I wouldn't be ableto give you an honest review of the food. Service was good they cut your meat and cheese fresh per order, the veggie cart waswell stocked and the tomatoes looked delicious lol...I love pretty sliced tomatoes. I will leave an establishment that gives memushy tomatoes. They did put an amble amount of veggies on the sandwich and also offer to toast your bread and meat. They hada self serve soda machine upfront and also sweet/unsweetened tea urns...I did not notice lemon slices if you wanted them foryour tea. We walked over from our hotel and the parking lot was ample and well lit. They also have a drive thru. Read more

One of the ladies was nice the other very rude we stood out of the way to look at the menu to decide because I haven?t really... had jersey mikes often. She was very rude and talked down to me for not completely knowing the menu. The food was good butdidn?t even get offered a bag or anything to take the food to go.
