The ONLY reason I didn?t give them 1 star is because I enjoy the coffee. The staff is rude, they play Beyoncé to the max... literally every time I?m in there. They don?t greet you and let you stand there until you notice a sign on the counter that saysthey aren?t accepting in store orders, only drive thru, they canceled my Mobil order for my moms surprise brunch 3 minutesbefore I was supposed to pick it up, the list goes on and on. Staff was nice but food was not. Ordered the pancake wrap up and they put it in the box upside down and it toe when I tried to... put it back together. It did taste good though. I also ordered avocado toast for lunch and the bread was so hard it hurt myteeth biting it. Read more
I used to love going to Dunkin, but the last few times I've been there have been horrible. My daughter ordered her drink with no... ice and receive her order with a little over half of her cup filled. When asked why, they said that was what corporate wastelling them to do. It will be awhile before I go back again. Read more
I ordered the pumpkin cream cold brew. First, it was sweeter than ANYTHING I?ve drank before. To the point where my tongue felt... shriveled. Also, there was NO COLD FOAM. She didn?t even mix any foam. Why am I charged for it then? Asked the old lady withglasses if it was supposed to have brown sugar syrup bc I didn?t know. She immediately rolled her eyes and said yes. I asked herif I could get something different bc it was way too sweet. She rolled her eyes again and said what would you like? I was donewith her so asked for a black iced coffee and left. I?ve worked at Starbucks so I know how basic drinks should be made. Shedidn?t even try to fix the drink for me bc there was clearly no foam or cinnamon. I?m betting money that she dumped randomamounts of syrup and cream in a coffee and called it a day. Never coming back. Sticking to Starbucks. Read more
Good stuff but awkward visit. Drive thur was backed up into the street, but noticed people going in and out so we parked. Nice... man leaving held door open for us and then we passed by several people waiting to the empty counter and waited forever untilsomeone told us they weren't taking orders in person at the counter, we had to download and order on an app or get in the backof the drive thru line outside. Apparently there was a note on the door about this that we missed when the afore mentionedgentleman held the door open for us. Again awkward... I don't have a problem ordering on apps but the best way to run the storethis way would be to set up a kiosk or iPad terminal at the counter able to take the orders as well. Read more
There was one young man working while voices of several people talking a laughing in the back. No one made any effort to help... them. It was an online order and we were inside for over 10 minutes. It put our destination arrival late. The young man did avery good job!! Read more
The interior is dim and quiet. The atmosphere upon walking in, is really chill! I want to use the word dingy here, but honestly,... it?s not bad. There are a couple of people sitting around inside, along with me, so I?m probably not the only one who actuallysort of likes the vibe. The prices are really good! I?m not one to rate things, but this is second time at this store and service was horrible. I might as well have been invisible... to the workers. Took more than 20 minutes for a regular cup of coffee. Finally left without my order to avoid a scene. Too bad,I normally love Dunkin. Read more
