Seriously, changing to mobile orders only?? I went in and the line was closed, was told they're permanently swapping to mobile... orders and pick up, no line and ordering on the spot anymore. Every mobile order I've done has resulted in a bowl only halffilled. You think I'm going to pay full price for half a bowl? Think again, Satan! I'm at chic fil a right now as I type this,eating the lord's chicken, because you are being cheap. Greed! Part of the fun was seeing my bowl constructed in real time andthe smiling faces of the crew. Now I get a sterilized and purely transactional experience that has no love in it whatsoever. This location is really good for game day so that was a plus but the food was not the typical quality we?d expect from Chipotle.... It wasn?t terrible but the rice definitely needed to be cooked longer. The staff was reasonably friendly but could work a littleon their portions. We were happy to be able to eat so close to the stadium but they could use a little work on their foodquality and portions. The potential is there just need to get better at the execution. Read more
I have never really had an issue with this chipotle. However that changed today. First of all they have an unuseable drive thru.... Then we ordered our food a half hour before the pick up time. We walked in the lobby and it was full of people who were waitingfor their online orders. The staff then declined all walk in orders but didn?t post a sign on the door. We waited over an hourfor our food. One staff member kept roaming the lobby. Another started cleaning in front of a full lobby of people waiting forfood. The staff that was making the food was laughing and talking. They wouldn?t place orders until all the orders were completeso then they would wheel out a big cart. The only positive from my latest experience is the food tasted good, but everything else was a nightmare. I walked in and they... are online ordering. This may not seem like a big deal, but they are able to scam people by doing this. I will get to thislater. I ordered online and received my food 30 minutes after it said it would be ready, so overall I had to wait 45 minutes formy food. This is not the worst part. I ordered double chicken and extra cheese. I paid 2.50 for extra chicken. When I opened myfood, I was shocked. It appeared to be less than one scoop of chicken and barely any cheese. I was so disappointed, I waited 50minutes for my food just to have my dreams crushed. I just wanted to enjoy a large amount of chicken, but that was taken fromme. I was scammed out of 2.50 for extra chicken and more importantly scammed out of my time. With that being said, I still lovetheir food and will go to any other chipotle that lets you order in person, but I will never be coming back to this location. Iwould recommend going to the chipotle in Tiger town it is much better and actually give you what you order. Read more
Don't order online. And if they're doing only online orders, forget about ordering at all. Are you busy and would prefer the... convenience of ordering ahead of time online so you don't have to wait in line at the store? Nope, can't do that anymore.They'll change around your order if they're out of something and won't call you to make sure you want to go through with thechanges they made. That's disrespectful. Like why do they even have an option to put your phone number in online orders, wastingyour time, if they don't even contact you? That's pretty dumb. I ordered a burrito online and when I opened my food it was abowl and it didn't even have chips with it. No refund for the chips either. I'm just ready to stop ordering from them at all. Food is good I give them that but the employees are very slow everytime I go there to pick up food to deliver it takes 20 0r 30... min to get food .they also will not speak to you and let you know anything about ho2 long you wait is .only person 5hat loosesout is anyone delivering with door dash or any other delivery service . USE Chipotle in TigerTown or better yet - Moe's Southwest, or literally just make your food at home. -Ordering online is a... nightmare. The food here is always at least a 1 hour to an 1.5hours later than the time you're supposed to pick it up. If itsays ready for pickup at 7, expect it at 8:30. -To avoid that, I ordered delivery. My bowl was completely incorrect, missingitems, the rice was undercooked, I had 8 pieces of lettuce in my LETTUCE bowl. Terrible management. Literally do not go here,you will not be the exception to the terrible orders and customer service, save yourself the trouble. -The drive through is notconvenient. I have waited over an HOUR in the drive through line, AFTER arriving 30 minutes after my supposed pickup time. Read more
