Drive thru employee who took my order was by far the most rude chick fil a employee I have ever seen in my life. Got my order... wrong and when I asked him if it was correct he said I didn't know you wanted that with an attitude. My goodness the unprofessionalism! We placed an app order for a 12 nugget meal, 2 mac and cheeses, and a grill nugget kid meal.... My husband drives there to pick up the order, drives back home, only to find that the 12 nuggets were NOT in the bag. My husbanddrives back to the restaurant and ask them to provide the nuggets and a fresh order of fries. This meal was for children toshare, of course they were hungry, so we went ahead and gave the fries we had because they were available. Did the manager andworkers really think it was appropriate to refuse to prepare us nuggets and fresh fries when we had to waste our gas to drivethere and back TWICE on the account of a mistake they made? How tacky is this! My aunt had to demand a refund, but never inhistory would I have experienced such tackiness at a Chick Fil A restaurant. Clearly the workers are about antagonizingcustomers rather than providing superior service. Yes, we called Chick Fil A cares and yes we are putting this in writing aswell. I couldn?t believe I stood there for 5-7mins at the pick up window and no one said a word to me. A young lady even was standing... there washing her hands. I guess because I?m black they didn?t feel the need to acknowledge me. Will not get my service anymore I gave a 1 for the food being fresh . Customer service was wack!!! Read more

32 mins to wait in line for a biscuit is kinda insane. The line was out of the building and it?s been over a year since opening.... I?m not sure what?s going on at this location but it?s extremely slow and very unorganized. The way they have the lines set upsometimes makes you go behind 3-4 cars that put in their order AFTER you. Other locations say ?stored? to the other coworker andthey tell you to go behind whatever car you?re supposed to. Not to mention, they don?t divide the lines with orange cones atpick up so you have enough room to go around if you?ve already received your food. You just have to sit there and wait,sometimes 10 mins before you can leave. It?s honestly a bad set up and one of the worst CFA?s I?ve been too. They?re not as niceas other locations. And I?ve had my worded wrong a few times. I?ll drive to the mall or tiger town any day over this locationbecause it takes way to long. You can go sit down at Cracker Barrel and have your breakfast come out faster. Read more
Courteous staff, food was good and plentiful, location was clean. Small interior seating space, but the facility does... accommodate online and to-go orders via and outdoor (covered) area, which streamlines the order/pickup process and reducesindoor crowd. Parking in this area is limited. Read more
I like the underground garage setup as it was 94°outside. I didn't like how the two cars behind me received their food and I... was still sitting at the window,holding up the line waiting for my food. The employee didn't greet me, tell me my food was stillbeing prepared, nothing. I really need the younger generation to put forth simple effort. Read more
Overall, I love Chick-fil-A. But this location is always busy so they forget a lot of stuff. It seems like every-time I go they... forget my sauces or fries or dressings. Read more
