Had a meal here during Camp War Eagle, mostly because it was free. The food was just okay, but I was starving so I ate it. The... lines were too long everywhere else. It didn't take me long to figure out why this place wasn't busy. It's completelydisorganized and the layout is completely counterintuitive. After ordering my food I went to get my drink on the other side ofthe room and got trapped in a crowd getting their drinks. They called my name to pick up my food but I couldn't get there beforethey gave it to another person with a similar name. Fortunately she brought my food back when she realized the mistake. Literally always a wait for no reason. Showed up when they opened. They opened the doors 5 minutes after being open, didn't have... anything out yet and did not even apologize for the 20 people waiting on them. They were also out of almost everything. Food is good enough, but the service is dreadful. You have to write your order down on a piece of paper and put it into a... basket--which there is no way of knowing that this is how you place an order if you have never been there before--and this wayit is impossible for them to make the orders in the order they are placed because they just fish out some paper scrap from thebowl and slap it together.
