Rude. Not going back. Customer service at this location is terrible. Ordered a beef n cheddar meal in the drive thru. Got a... regular roast beef. Went in store to get corrected. The girl never said a word. She told the kitchen to make a new sandwich, andwhen the kitchen gave it to her, she threw it in a bag. Then she tossed it on the counter and walked away, again not saying aword. I don't care if your food is top notch. Act like I'm bothering you just to get what I paid for, and you have lost mybusiness. Tried to contact someone about this, but no luck. Read more
Ordered the new special that is advertised on TV and on a big poster on the window just a few feet away from the counter... and... the workers there reply that they have not had that item in "a long time". This is the item currently blasted over Arby's TVcommercials and all over this locations windows. Not sure the quality of this place if they don't know what's advertised ontheir own front window. Issak was an amazing human being. My boyfriend and I went for a couple sandwiches later in the night. He was so friendly and... personable through the drive through.
