Clean, spacious place with nice servers and good food. Generous portions, and just a little more expensive than Applebees or... some other chain restaurant, so definitely worth it. I got the Mac and cheese and was VERY pleased with it. A lot of placesscrew up the sauce and serve you a gritty, broken cheese sauce but this was creamy and dreamy. My bf got the fish tacos, whichwas enough food for two boyfriends lol. I also had a cucumber watermelon fizz, which was totally refreshing and had just theright amount of liquor in it. I caught a little buzz and it still tasted great. My one complaint is that neither me nor mygrandma appreciate being called "honey" so many times ???? but I'd rather my server call me a pet name than be rude orinattentive, which she was not, she was very lovely and did a great job. We held my daughter?s baby shower here. It was beautiful and everything went smoothly. Friends and family are still talking... about what a great time they had at Towne Tavern. Many of our guests complemented the beauty and layout of the room and howdelicious the food was, especially the waffles! Stopped in for apps and a drink while passing through town. Was seated right away. The bar was definitely more visually... appealing compared to the rest of the restaurant which is lacking the tavern feel and felt more commercialized. I ordered theBlackened Ahi Tuna and it was delicious and presentation perfect. The Giant Pretzel was really great too and served with a hotcheese dip & honey mustard. Ellie our server was very friendly and provided good service. I ordered the Peanut Butter & JellyOld Fashioned cocktail and recommend trying it if you want a sweet and tasty finish (you could make it your dessert). Parkinglot on site. Read more

This place has changed hands so many times. I hope that this stays because it was pretty delicious all around. No wait to be... seated at 530 pm on Saturday but only because there was adequate seating and plenty of staff....finally, somewhere has thisagain! Friendly waitstaff. My favorite cider on tap. Absolutely amazing! This restaurant is beautiful and all the staff were friendly. The food was delicious! The portions were a... good size. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price.
