At speaker I told them I had a code for a free Mc chicken. I gave them the code then waited 10 mins in line. Got to the window... and they asked me for money. I explained I am using this code and she said the code is only for rewards. I asked why is ittaking 1500 points away then? She didn?t have an answer and just expected me to give her money in addition to redeeming thepoints. Luckily I was able to cancel the order and use the code at another location. McDonalds was my first job at 16. We always got it right. This place consistently gets orders wrong. I constantly have to go... back for missing or wrong food. Tonight, after waiting 40 minutes in line at a "fast food" place, they shorted me $7 worth offood. I call the restaurant only to be told "it's not his problem" by a manager and that I have to get back in line to waitanother 40 minutes to get my food. Fire everybody and hire competent employees. The tables were dirty. The food I ordered not only didn't look appetizing, but it was missing one of the main ingredients (the... crispy onion straws). The play area was falling apart - a child literally came out to the dining area with a piece from thestructure in their hands. Read more
Nothing good to say about this place except for the food. This is one of the new modern McDs...fireplace and ordering kiosks. ... All kiosks were broken. Two registers going, though...one was cash only, and announced after people start to queue up. Twoketchup pumps, both out...it was 1pm on a Sunday. Soda spill near trash, partially cleaned. Worker attempting to wash tables,sprayed all, missed two completely with wiping so puddles just sat until they dried. All around the service was ridiculous.McDonald's is McDonald's. Dont need a fireplace and tile backsplashes. We need the ability to order food and eat it with thecorrect condiments and without dirty floors and tables. Back to the basics, come on... Read more
