I normally love this HD, but today we ordered 4 egg and cheese sandwiches, and they were all terrible. The egg was overdone and... beyond thin. Egg should be able to pull apart easily, and these eggs were thin and tough. Donuts and coffee are always goodhere. Super bummed and hopefully it was just an off-day. Read more
Went to the honeydew on County Street this morning to get myself a tea a bagel and some Hashbrowns. Asked for a bagel with cream... cheese on the side toasted my tea two teabags black and an order of hashbrowns. When I got my order the tea was correct thehashbrowns were still frozen. The bagel was toasted with cream cheese on it not on the side. And when I told them insidehoneydew that they put the cream cheese on it and not on the side the young gentleman that was there rip the bagel out of myhand and threw it on the ground close the door and proceeded to say the F word about a half a dozen times and then told the girlthat she was working with don?t you know how to follow instructions and then the hashbrowns were still frozen and I was afraidto tell them that as well because of the braiding that he gave his coworker. I?ve gone in there a couple of times same younggentleman every single time I go in there he is wearing his head off at the other employees that he is working with and tellingthe customers that he does way too much work in the store and the other people around him don?tI am not very impressed with himnor is anybody else that happens to get him in line and I am very disgusted with his behavior and the way he treats hiscoworkers and the way he treats the customers at this point you?ll never see me again. Been giving this place a chance on and off as I prefer the food to dunkin, but rude staff and consistently wrong orders caused... me to pass. Ordered a hot latte, get a cold latte in a hot cup. Coffee smoothie with no coffee. Donuts are a 50-50 gamble on ifyou'll get the right thing or not. Then you're told you ordered the wrong thing. Staff acts like you interrupted them by havingthem do their job and then they tell you the way you should order because they're 'too busy to run back and forth to the ovens'for hot food. They repeat the order a couple times at the window and ask for confirmation, then still make mistakes. Read more
We went here on Saturday April 13th 2019. Only one person working. He actually stopped in the middle of making my coffee to take... care of the drive-thru and take their order and make their coffee. I think that was very rude. Makes me wonder if I will beback, since there is a Dunkin right across the street. Read more
I was a loyal customer of D&D for 30+ years. The service and quality have been going downhill for a while now. The prices... continue to climb without any improvement in the quality. Recently I decided to give Honey Dew a chance. I have not beendisappointed yet. I am always greeted by a very cheerful member of your staff. They usually thank me for choosing their HoneyDew. They are always extremely polite and the quality is always great. Your staff's hard work and great food and coffee qualityhas earned you my daily business. Read more
Hello, I am disappointed in the service I received 15 minutes ago at the Honey Dew on County Street. 1. While I was placing my... order, the woman was snippy when I asked questions about the bread choices. 2. I was not allowed to pay with a $20 bill. I wasasked to use my debit card. I do not like to use my debit card when it's less than $5.00. 3. The young lady at the drive thruwindow didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I'll give two stars because the sandwich was good, however, 4. I was not givenany napkins. Sorry, bad customer service. They should realize that Dunkin Donuts is right across the street and if they do notprovide good service, they will lose what little business they have. Read more
Great service. They always know their regulars by name and have your coffee ready. Food is yummy and less calories and fat than... the competitor. Coffee flavored are plentiful and ZERO calories Read more
