I travel to TX for work. Chub's can stand up with any of the TX BBQ that I've visited. I missed the pickels, think the vinegar... helps digest the rich food. The coleslaw is New England style, good a little heavy on mayo. But really enjoyed and will be aregular. Read more

Everyone is so pleasant here! The brisket was a little fatty for my taste, but the pulled pork was very good. I got the peach... sauce and it had a super strong alcohol flavor, which I wish I was warned about, because I hate alcohol in my food and the tastealmost threw my entire meal off. The pepper bbq sauce made up for it, but it was an unpleasant first bite. The mac and cheesewas good and the cole slaw was amazing. Probably the best I've ever had, and better than I make myself. Chub?s is a great place to eat! The owners are super nice and their staff is awesome!! The food is made fresh and is done right!... You get a good portion for your money. I love that they have different specials and are not afraid to try something new!! Theyhave many kinds of homemade sauces to try. Your food comes as stated on the menu but you can alter or just have it plain if youwant. A must try when in the area!! Read more

We had the pulled pork sandwich special with cold slaw & pickle (on the sandwich) and it came with baked beans. Everything... delicious...lean pork and roll was fresh baked. Baked beans included kidney and black beans, which we loved. Good service andmeal arrived quickly. Parking is convenient in lot next to building. My biggest complaint was that there was no use of theirbathroom due to a "plumbing issue ". Read more

By far the best bbq in the area. The sides aren?t the best but the meats are top notch. The staff is also always super friendly,... happy, and helpful. If Mac and cheese of the day is brisket make sure you grab some of that. I wish it was just a staple. Read more

I got the brisket sandwich with a side of beans, the pulled pork sandwich with a side of corn bread and a Dels lemonade for... under 40$. I'll start by saying that this is the best BBQ in town. Most places in NE think BBQ is drowning your meats in sweetbaby rays and calling it a day. The brisket was almost Texas style. The pulled pork was reminiscent to Carolina or Tennesseestyle (without any or the seasoning) but that is what all the delicious homemade sauces are for. The baked beans werephenomenal. But I'm sad to say that the cornbread came up way short. With all that said, I will come back. I want to see thisplace become what I know it has the potential to become. Read more

1st time here and all went well. Our family ordered the pulled pork and turkey sammies w/fries. They had several housemade bbq... sauces to choose from and none of them disappointed (i really enjoyed their Texas Black Pepper sauce). Staff was very friendlyand "patient" with us noobs. Lol! They were out of brisket as we went a tad later in the day but we'll definitely be back togive it a try soon! Read more
