Horrible service very rude I ordered a double hamburger kids meal they gave me the patty on the side !! Gave 3 stars because I sat in the drive thru for over 5 mins. I drove around to the window to be told only 1 drive thru was... open. There was nothing posted in the drive thru area. Instead of taking my order at the window (no other customers were waitingin line) I had to drive back around. The food was hot n fresh but come on the service could have been better. Read more
On the way to New Orleans, I stopped for breakfast. I ordered a chicken & biscuit. I didn't get the normal morning chicken &... biscuit. I got a deep fried piece of chicken that is used for their lunch/dinner menu. If I had wanted a piece of deep friedchicken, I would have asked for it. Read more
So I'm not usually the one to complain or say anything, but I understand how fast food is. I leave work headed home tired,... exhausted, starving, etc haven't ate all day. I stop by this McDonald's to get me a bite to eat and my favorite caramel frappebefore I even finish ordering the first thing the lady says "I can't make a caramel frappe I clean the machines on Saturday"very rudely so I keep ordering she keeps saying "is that all is that all" so I very calmly kept my cool to not flip out, when Iget home my fries are dumped out the bag all 4 McDoubles smashed one of them only had a patty with ketchup in a wrapper! Justsaying all jobs are stressful especially dealing with the public and fast food there was no need in disrespect or beingridiculously rude just because your going through chapters in life or just hate life in general! please respect others no matterwhat your going through whether your an employee or a customer!!! Good place to eat...my only problem was the fact that when you ask for no mustard and they just wipe it off the bun and call it... good that's wrong I'm allergic to mustard...I could have gotten sick so they need to know that you can't do that throw out theused bun and start over..that being said I gave 4 stars cuz when I went back in to fix it they even changed gloves andapologized unlike most places they genuinely seemed like they cared and made it right Read more
