Reviews for Pizza Hut in Atmore, AL
Was really good. I had the New Pizzahut Meatlovers melt. Just the right amount for lunch.
The pizza was pretty good but the carpet is nasty and it doesn't smell good in there. Also, they only had one server and had her... multi-tasking, causing the service to be slow. UPDATE: Waited in the "drive-through" for a pick up. The line was 10 cars deepand took 25 minutes to get to the window. I don't see how this place can stay open operating like this! Fortunately the pizzawas correct and tasted fine after re-heating. Read more
I ordered a pan and a thin crust the thin crust barely had sauce on it. Just because you order thin does not mean go light on... the sauce. It was basically bread cheese and meat on thin crust. Read more
I used to be able to log in to the app and customize the pizza toppings, but that feature is gone for a personal pan pizza. When... I asked the person at the pizza hut restaurant, she stated it was a glitch. That "glitch" has been occurring for about 2 months.I used to order 3-4 times a week from that pizza hut, but I will soon go around the corner to a different pizza company thatallows modifications. Best pizza in Atmore, AL area! Their quick and reasonably generous on the toppings! AND, they use real cheese! Unlike Little... Caesars where the grease from artificial cheese soaks through the box and stains your car seat! Read more
Actually put some toppings on your pizza. The last 2-3 times we ordered the toppings were so skimpy it was sad. This time I... ordered a family box and over 1/2 of the pizzas were crust. I basically paid over $30 for crust. New management is so cheap thatthey are killing a once busy restaurant. Read more
My review will cover the average visit, not just one. First the food. If you order a fresh pizza, it's often good and meets... pizza hut quality. The buffet however often ends up with old or cold slices so not as good. 2. Service. Unfortunately I have torate this low. As once seated, check ups by staff for refills are few and far between. The reason for this is not due to theserver not doing her job, but I truly believe she is overworked. One server for the entire dining room is fine when the storerarely has more than 5 tables occupied. But she's also managing the drive through, doing her own dishes supposedly, answeringphones, and today I saw her returning from doing a delivery and who knows what else. That's too much for one person to provideadequate service. And when service suffers, not only does store sales suffer but also the servers tips because of little to noservice. I've had to get up and get my own drink refill once because it wasn't coming from any staff. The manager didn't evenbother to take over checking on customers while she was delivering. The server, Brandy, appears to be working hard, so thisissue really comes down to poor management in my opinion. 3. Restaurant appearance. First, the booth seats are entirely tootight. I may have a bit of a belly now as I've gotten older, but I wouldn't be considered fat. Yet I struggle to fit in thebooth. Second, there has been a broken sign on a table for at least the year that I've lived in the area. And all the tablesslant since they are only attached at the wall. The store really needs an upgrade in this regard. Spend the money to fix thestore and hire another person to help where needed so service improves and I bet sales will improve as well. If managementignores these things, business will likely decline and eventually close. Read more
My order was perfect! The food was hot and delicious when we picked it up! Great service!
