This is our 2nd time getting take out from here and they are just the friendliest folks! Even when you show up 15 minutes before... closing and had a huge online order. I didn't think any restaurant could be worse than the what a Burger in Flomaton, But guess what, Jacks in Atmore Stole their... crown. I had to wait more than half an hour for a single cheeseburger webbacon and it took 3 attempts to get it right. Not tomention when we arrived they were out of chicken and it was going to be 20 more minutes. The one customer they did have caughthis food after everyone else had Received theirs and left To be fair the food is OK but that's true and the service wow wow waybelow average. The nice young man that was taking orders was very polite and kind. He was very attentive to get the order just right. The... burger was great. The French fries were fat and hot and juicy. Very good meal and I enjoyed the atmosphere. If you are comingsouth from the Winn Creek casino in Atmore, it's a great place to catch a meal. Read more
The one in Atmore Al. Loved them at first then it just went down hill. Alot of the employees are rude most of the time they... don't get the order right or you have items missing. I get the chicken fingers but you might as well forget about getting yourdipping sauce. When you order the bigger jack #3 you don't get the right one & when you say large I guess they think it's asmall! Onetime the lady at the window didn't give me my debit card back! Just Terrible! This place is like McDonald's with a different name. We were looking for Breakfast and this place was the only place around the... area. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes listening to one of the employees complaining about a customer from the drivethrough. They seen us but just kept talking to each other. Food was not very good. I got the deluxe. Grits were maybe threebites. My biscuit was decent. Gravy was small and not much flavor, just got bits of bacon. No actual bacon strips. My husbandgot biscuit and gravy. He said it was cold and biscuit was hard. Not a place I would want to visit again. Read more
I've eaten at Jack's in Northern parts of the state before and didn't have the greatest memory, but this new location has... definitely exceeded expectation. The Alabama white sauce chicken sandwich is delicious and the french fries are crispy andseasoned well. My only complaint is on both visits the chicken patty hasn't been very warm (I assume this is because they fry abunch of patties in preparation and they sit under a heat lamp and cool down). Otherwise, this is a nice change from the usualfast food chains. Read more
0 Stars! I stop by jacks everytime I'm in atmore I stopped by yesterday for a 3 piece fried chicken dinner I had 3 legs every... piece of chicken was cold not warm cold! My biscuit was cold the green beans was mushy! The only thing was warm was my mashedpotatoes it was disgusting and this is my all time favorite and only thing I eat from here it literally tasted like some coldchicken from the day before lost my whole appetite how could you serve cold food like that!
