When looking for Mexican or a Latin authenticity in the Palm Beach County area. Rosalita's Tex-Mex Grill comes in mind for great... tasting food with an interior décor to match. Creating a that Latin vibe feeling with that hip moving music in the background.I had the pleasure of dinning in and was greeted as I walked in the front door. Enlightening the mood and preparing me for anice Latin dinner. The staff was polite and Alicia kindly waited on my table and assisted with needs along the way. Chips andsalsa were on the table within minutes of arrival, and for an entrée I chose the Taco Salad with beef. The salad plate came tothe table decorated with lettuce and toppings. Next was Apple Taco for desert, a taco with apple filling with whip cream on thetop and vanilla ice cream on the side, with an award winning decorated plate. Read more
I arrived at the restaurant and the hostess was on her phone texting. She didn't make eye contact. Another worker came up and... greeted me and sat me. I was there for about 10 minutes before the waitress brought chips and salsa. I ordered my drink and shebrought it quickly. The sangria was ok. No fruit in drink. The back of the menu looked like it had mold growing on it. I orderedthe chile relleno and cheese enchilada which comes with beans and broccoli off the vegetarian menu. It was delivered quickly buthad rice. I questioned the rice in place of broccoli and was told the rice is vegetarian. I am not sure about that. It seems thesubstitution of broccoli for rice would be due to the rice not being vegetarian. I did not eat the rice. (Besides the rice) Foodwas hot and good. Tried the apple taco, it looked great. But the filling was kind of doughy. Not super impressive. The priceswere decent but overall it wasn't anything I would drive out of my way for. Read more
This resturant was amazing. I had been trying to find a good Mexican resturant to go to for awhile and this was definitely it.... The prices are very reasonable and cheap. I went for lunch and got the Nacho Grande and The Chicken Fajitas both dishes werereally good and full of flavor. The service I received here was amazing as the staff was super friendly and inviting. Woulddefinitely recommend anyone wanting to try something new to come here. Read more
Having been in Florida for the past week (vacationing from Spokane, WA), my wife and I have enjoyed trying new restaurants... during our visit. Tonight, my wife and I, accompanied by my brother-in-law and sister-in-law attended Rosalita?s. Walking infrom the parking lot, I had high hopes. It had the feel of a traditional Mexican restaurant and this is exactly what I was inthe mood for. The restaurant was quite large and fairly empty. Right when we walked in, we were seated at an abnormally smalltable for four people and our waitress took our drink order right away. My brother-in-law and his wife stuck with water whereasmy wife and I opted for the 24oz margaritas. The drinks were brought out rather quickly and they were delicious. We waited afairly long time after the arrival of our drinks to place our order. My brother-in-law and I both ordered the combo fajitas. Mysister-in-law ordered the chicken fajitas and my wife ordered a combination plate consisting of a burrito and enchilada. Thefood came out quickly. Well 3/4 of our food did. They brought the fixings for my fajitas but THEY FORGOT THE ACTUAL FAJITAS. Atfirst, we just thought they had to go back to get the rest of our meal. However, after a couple minutes, I had to ask thewaitress about my entree and she was surprised it hadn?t arrived yet. She assured me that ?this never happens.? A couple minuteslater, they brought me out fajitas with steak only and said they were still cooking the chicken. The fajita meat was cut intovery large chunks which I am not usually accustomed to when I order fajitas. They even had to pull up another table so they hada place to fit all the food. Once again, we were seated at an abnormally small table for a party of four. The waitress hadn?treturned for a long time once we received all our food. Overall, the experience was a bit of a disappointment. Our waitresstried, but the service was lackluster. The margaritas were delicious and packed a punch and the food was a Read more
