After about 6pm staff refuses to flip veggie pans and refill them. They?ll will lie and say they are out of 3/4 of the veggies... so they have less work to do. Read more

09/05/2022 - between 9:50am - 9:55 am You can check cameras if justification is needed. I walked in, stood there for awhile,... gentlemen came out leaned on the counter and then walked away. Stood there a tad longer and noticed nobody was going to help meso I left. On my way out, gentlemen stood there and watched me leave without speaking to me. Decided not to honor coupons that were still good til 8/20/22. Made my Sandwich then claimed it was a computer malfunction and... couldn't accept eventhough it scanned. I asked if they would keep physical copy, she raised her voice and said she would getfired. Then I asked if she would call the store operator, she refused with a little bit of a louder voice that time. I decidedto leave. I suspect that this employee had Marching orders not to accept the Corporate issued coupons(to public) to maximizeprofits and the walk-in traffic the coupons created for the Atlantic Beach Subway store. Appeared to me to be an unethical wayto not honor the Corporate brand, embarrass customers, and extort money out of agrreable/unsuspecting customers. I will neverpatronize that Subway again. I am sure this has happened many times here at this location. Wasted my time and Trust! Read more

They had horribly trained staff even the manger whom had ?best manager? on the side of her hat . Couldn?t even make the sandwich... correctly! There footlongs are precut and he recut in a different place all the toppings were falling out of my sub and theydidn?t even greet us when we walked in they continued there conversation while barely paying attention to the customers! Overallterrible service and training and sandwiches were messy and not put together correctly. Just go to a different subway if u wantit that bad.???????Updating because I went outta town and got subway and just want to show how a sandwich should be looking andhow there?s looked it just doesn?t look done properly and looks messy and gross Read more

I was afraid to eat my sub. I ordered a 6 inch sub,**** meat and cheese only and fed it to my dog. This is the Atlantic Beach... NC location I speak of. I didn't have the guts to take more pics, I thought I was being watched by the hostess. The other sidewas much worse, cross contamination of foods, mayo.had dripped into 3 or 4 containers, mostly empty, but she still used veggiesout of those containers. and bits of veggies everywhere. It looked like the bottom of a tossed salad. I will not be back to thatlocation. Or I never say anything. I worked.in kitchens amd never piss off the chef. Read more
