This Pizza Hut location is average at best. They are very cheap when it comes to their toppings. The worst cheese bread if EVER... had from anywhere. You basically get bread sticks. I've ordered them several times, and I never will again. They really shouldgive customers what they're paying for, and stop being so cheap. And I know exactly how their food should be prepared. I called at 10:00 pm I called back at 11pm to confirm delivery was on the way, I called back at 11:45 when they told me they had... the wrong room number. I was so upset because I know for a fact I gave correct room number but they never called me to let meknow they were outside or even attemp to call me. When I finally called back again they told me if I wanted my pizza to comeget it. They were super rude to me. The way these folks handled me made me never want pizza again!!!! Ordered through Uber eats and received the wrong pizza. I contacted UE and will get a refund for that part of the order. I... called the store to address the issue to see if there was something to be done and was apologized to by the guy who answered thephone and told they would send a replacement for me when their driver got back but was not given an estimate. Mistakes happen Iwasn't upset. At first. That phone call was at around 9:30pm. An hour later I called again to see if there was an estimate onwhat was going on and was told they had only 1 driver and that is why it was taking a little longer but my pizza was ready andwaiting. I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in over 6 months because my last experience was not favorable. I decided to give them another... chance because we love their pizza, and I am so thankful I did! So far, it's cool. Been 2x. First time, someone didn't read the order and loaded sauce 9n. I have Crohn's, I can't eat that... stuff like that. Pizza lost. Second time, I asked for light sauce, was perfect! Except the fact there's no mushrooms on herelike I ordered. Thank you for looking at the request.
