I do not leave reviews but felt the need to share this experience. My daughter and I were waiting for our order when the staff... here forgot a elderly women?s order, she was clearly frustrated and to be fair the staff tried to kindly give her excuses. Aftershe expressed her displeasure to another person on line, the man handed her a recleave. Twasduring a hurricane that neitherparty was right but the way he treated this elderly women was appalling. She left with no food and no where else to get food. Istepped in and tried to rectify the situation and he said to me that he has the right to refuse anyone service. Normally I mayweigh the situation a little more but the sheer disrespect he had for this women was appalling. I?m not looking to get any firedbut your company should know when an employee compromises the brand. I will never return to this particular store but I am notthe only one who witnessed this sheer disrespect to an elderly women without any remorse. To be clear it was one of threeemployees. I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to do so for this location. I had the misfortune of having a lunch order cancelled... last minute by a nearby Papa Johns. The order was to celebrate National Anesthesia Technician Week at Mayo Clinic. With lessthan 30 minutes to spare, I decided to call the Atlantic Beach location to see if they could rush this order. I was so luckythat Kelsey was working that day. She SAVED THE DAY. Once I arrived, the order was already under way. She could tell I wasstressed by the last minute cancellation. She provided me with drinks and assured me the order would be ready in time. Shepulled it off and completed this order in less than 30 minutes. She is an absolute GEM and Papa Johns is so fortunate to haveher as an employee. She takes pride in her work when ownership and accountability is difficult to come by these days. I got this item from a free promotion that Papa John's was doing and so I really hate to complain because it was free..... But... just because it is free does not mean you can cheat on the quality, it was the Bacon Papadias, it barely had any cheese, baconor sauce on it, it was horrible!!! Bad customer service. I ordered a mushroom pizza.. because my family is vegetarian and wanted a quick dinner. When I get my... pizza and it was mushroom with half ham. If we were not vegetarians it wouldn't be that big of a deal. I'm frustrated becauseit's almost 8pm and I haven't had dinner, because the best they could do is refund the money. While on the phone with anemployee I could hear other employees cussing at us in the background. I'm very disappointed this evening not getting to eat mypizza I've been craving. Very friendly and helpful staff. First round was a bit tough. It had obviously been on the buffet for a hot minute. The salad... bar was well stocked and fresh. The 2nd round was better as it was fresh, hot and delicious and all my favorites were availableall at the same time. Read more
