Shout to Talya and Johna (sorry if I spelled your names wrong)! These women are so kind and attentive and they go out of their... way for customers. People like them are rare gems in this world. They make everyone who walks in feel cared for, welcomed, andseen. In a world where people rarely treat each other like humans anymore, these two women are a breath of fresh air. Panera islucky to have these two!! They deserve raises and promotions and just everything good in life. If I had a million dollars, I'dhand it over to them and they would still be deserving of more! You typically don?t find a poor Panera. But this time I did. Service was horrible and super slow. My first visit was for a... smoothie ordered through the app. About 15min after it was promised, I received it. It was fairly busy so I kinda understood.The next day I ordered a bagel and coffee. Again about 15min after I was promised, I received it. This time they weren?t busyand they had more employees working. They were all to busy talking about their weekend to focus on getting food out. Glad Iordered on the app, no one was up front on both visits. In the end my food and drinks were good. Not sure I could recommend thislocation knowing they could be so much better and normally are. If I could give zero stars, I would. If I left a review for every time they omitted something from my online orders in the last... 4-5 months, I would have left probably 6 reviews by now. Then you call and no answer and that is for the delivery prompt andstore associate or manager prompt. The call is just disconnected after you're placed on auto-hold and no one answers. It'sridiculous and it's not during peak lunch time... it's 2:30 in the afternoon. Read more
Location is great off the main road. There is a drive thru that is convenient for days you don?t need to get out of your car and... are on the run. The staff was friendly and attentive to our order. We had 2 orders that needed to go to different households soneeded them bagged separately but paid under one bill. They paid attention and followed through. The restaurant was clean andtidy. Couldn't really ask for better. Bread is great. The Autumn Squash Soup with bread is the bomb. Mac and cheese is creamy,... smoothies are good. I recently tried their pizza and was very impressed. Tuna salad sandwich is always a gamble but theirs wassurprisingly good. Read more
The music was too loud, and the playlist was a string of unbearable songs of no recognizable genre. People had to talk loudly... over the noise. Was trying to get some work done and it was difficult. i read in a business journal that restaurants areintentionally trying to be noisy because it?s been shown to boost sales. Whatever, it was awful. Not their fault, but thelocation is a homeless person hangout. The staff is nice. Read more
