So I went into Jersey Mike?s today and at every other location I asked for pepperoni to be added to my Philly cheesesteak... knowing there?s an up charge. I did so today and was told they?re not allowed to add pepperoni to a Philly cheesesteak. When Iinquired as to why the lady behind the counter said her manager won?t let her. This is the most asinine thing I?ve ever heard.Poor customer service when a customer is willing to pay more for a product and you have signs up everywhere customize yoursandwich the way you want and you?re told that it can?t be done. A little out of the way and the interior is small. Good weather, there is plenty of patio seats. Cheese steak is just great. We... can get a medium hero and cut it half. The large is really big. Try it once and you will be back. Read more

Sandwich was good but it was really expensive... for 2 regular subs with a coupon it was still 20.00. I can't afford that kinda... sandwich again. The lady that made my Sandwich was very nice. Read more

Love the people at this store. Always great coming in and talking to the staff and establishing a personal bond, I?ve noticed... that the staff here also work at the Beach and Hodges location, honestly really great. I can come in and see the staff thatusually make my subs. Location is small but is so nice and new. I come to this location if I?m ever near the area. I personallychoose the Beach location more as I?m more familiar with them and it?s larger. Keep up the good work ???? Read more
