Customer service is always on point. This location gets slammed sometimes and the staff is always apologizing even though it's... not their fault. They always get my order right too, which should be commonplace but other locations never seem to get it right. Read more
Worst experience!! Never have I EVER gone inside a Dunkin, and found SO LITTLE MADE!! They weren't even busy??? I could only... choose from "MAYBE 6" different donuts?? Espresso machine has been broken for the last 5 months. This means that more than nearly all of the coffee drinks are... unavailable. It?s especially frustrating for people who do mobile orders since they will show up and then need to call customerservice to get it refunded. I was told by the workers that unless people complain, the owners will do nothing about it, so hereis my complaint finally. Again this is the fault of the owners for cheaping out and not buying a new machine, not the workerswho are friendly and forced to deal with angry customers because of this problem. Read more
