Ordered two large pizzas, one was a hand tossed pizza and one was a thin crust pizza. The large hand tossed pizza looked like a... medium sized pizza in a large box and almost every slice had giant bubbles. I understand that bubbles usually occur with handtossed pizza but this was kinda ridiculous, almost every slice had a bubble the size of a fist. The thin crust pizza was great,no complaints with the thin crust. Would not recommend ordering a hand tossed pizza from this particular location. Read more
I would put no stars but you have to at least put one to make a post. on 06/08/2022 I placed an order around 9:59pm to have food... delivered to my work around 11:30pm. The delivery was early. I love that it was early what I am here to talk about is the nighttime manager Amy is by far the rudest person I have had to talk to while asking a question about why my order was stating on myreceipt that I did not have the correct funds to pay for my food and I was asked to pay cash. At this time I called the store tofigure out what was going on. Amy the night time manager kept telling that is not possible and that I was incorrect and shestated ( the printers do not print that on the receipts). At this point she started yelling at me telling me ( I HAVE TOLD YOU17 TIME SIR THAT YOU ARE WRONG THERE IS NO WAY THAT IS ON THE RECEIPT). I requested that I get my money refunded. so I sent thedriver to the store with my pizza and at this point he retuned to my job and stated that all she did was to Verbally assault himand said to bring my pizza back. at this time the driver returned and apologized for the inconvenience I told the driver it isnot his fault that his manager can not be professional and do her job without cussing people over the phone and her co-workers.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE TO ORDER ANY PIZZA AT THIS LOCATION AT NIGHT OR AS LONG AS THE MANAGER AMY IS WORK. Buyer beware! I ordered 5 pizzas for $7.99 each for carry out yesterday -- they were running a carry out special. I was told my... order would be just over $40+ tax!! Paid and left. The next day, I checked my bank statement and I was charged DOUBLE the quotedamount -- $88! I couldn't find my receipt so I called the store and they refused to help me. They said they couldn't apply acoupon after a sale. It was THEIR promo and they quoted me the promo rate. Grrrrrrrrr! I have reached out to corporate, but Idoubt I'll get any response. Read more
I placed my order online and there was no option to add additional vegetables or additional Alfredo sauce to my pasta prima... Vera. I immediately hit the button in order to call the store a young lady answered the phone and then placed me a hold when shecame back to the phone I asked her name she told me her name and said that my food was already ready it had only been 2 or 3minutes maybe. I stated that I wouldn't like additional vegetables in additional Alfredo she at by Alfredo she advised me thatit was gonna be double the cost of the item itself which was $6. Then she proceed to say that she would need to get her managerbecause it was time for her to clock out. The manager came on the phone I asked her name as she said I'm the manager. I thensaid so the manager doesn't have a name. I said ,so the manager doesn't have a name? She then told me that my food was alreadydone I explained to her that I did not want to do business with a company that was acting in this manner and that she couldcancel my order she proceeded to tell me That she would remove my phone number from the customer list and I would never be ableto order from her store again. That was fine in my book. From the management on down, those experience was awful and I didn'twant my food prepared by such unpleasant people. This Domino's absolutely delivers on great tasting, quality big box pizza. Everything was perfectly cooked, the staff were very... friendly and appeared to be having a great time making great pizza. Probably the best food option after 10pm that isn't a bar. Read more
Domino's has moved to new location!!!! I gave them a new chance. Oh my........ What a huge difference. The pizza was flawless... and the sandwiches were amazing. Please keep This up guys.
