Poor customer service. Drive thru speaker broken and couldn?t get my order right. When I picked up my food and told them the... correct order they had already charged me for the wrong size drink and had a large ready but set it aside refusing to make itright. The manager was rude and you have to drive through big water filled potholes to get to the drivethru. What a dump. Read more

This store is open until 2 in the afternoon. With McDonald's closed for the rebuild you would think BK would do everything to... stay open. Nope, Manager has the worst attitude, does not care if the store is open or not. 7am-2pm? What a joke. I'll never eatat this restaurant again. Read more

They have severely reduced their hours, and 90% of the time the inside is closed. Food is... what you've come to expect. The... drive-thru is decently quick. Read more

Way too expensive. Fries are way too salty. Burgers are okay. They got rid of their good pop machine so no more zero... products. Employees seem unhappy. Everytime I go there the manager is always screaming at the employees. I really don't likethis location. For what it costs to get two meals at bk you could go get a nice steak dinner somewhere good. Fast food pricesare out of control. Read more

This Burger King has usually been a pretty decent one to go to. The counters have been clean, service prompt, and sitting area... felt somewhat welcoming and the staff have always been super nice and helpful. I haven't been inside in over a year and a half,partially due to COVID restrictions, but have utilized the drive thru. While their drive has quite a few holes, the service wasstill prompt, courteous, and hot, fresh food was quickly ready for me. Unfortunately, that has not been the case the past fewtimes I've been there. The service has been rude, very hard to hear the cashier through the intercom, and food has been likewarm at best. They also haven't been able to accept card payments the past two times I was there, which of course I didn't findout about until I had sat through in the line for a good 5-7 minutes on lunch break, just to see a sign on the order screenindicating cash only transactions. I understand that there's not a lot of other ways to notify customers, but I wish that therecould have been someone out there during the busier time letting people know before they potentially waste a good portion oftheir break. They need a changing station. There wasn't one in either bathroom. But at least they had a veggie burger.
