Robot on the phone wouldn't take my full order. Only 1 item! I tried to add to it... not possible! When someone finally answered... after many calls.... the guy said "Look lady you need to know what you want to order coz I'm supposed to be making pizza!" Ourfirst order via Robot was stone cold & dried out!! They had NO delivery. The 40 minute wait was crazy for Robot order wasn'tedible. Horrible experience! Will not waste my time there again! I just want to promote outstanding customer service when I receive it because it is so rare that it is almost extinct in this... area. 9/9/22 I visited this store drive through window and was helped by the friendliest person ever. She said her name wasJustice and I told her that Dominoes chose the right person for the drive up window that night. Please recognize Justice forgoing the extra mile to make a ?regular? experience of picking up pizza into an EXTRAORDINARY experience. Domino's has always been my go-to for pizza up until my most recent order this evening. Unfortunately, the pan pizza was more... like a hand tossed. I wouldn't typically care except that they charge extra for it. There was no crispy, thick crust like therehad been in the past. In addition, the wings were an absolute joke! We actually got out the measuring tape and they were only1.5 inches long!!! These were the tiniest wings I have EVER seen! Maybe I accidentally ordered chick wings instead of chickenwings??? With only 1 or 2 exceptions over a year period, they have gotten our order right every single time. Always hot when it gets to... my door, and always a super friendly delivery person bringing it! We have ordered it to go a few times as well, and it's beenperfect then too. The people that work at our local store seem to enjoy their job and are happy to serve their customers. I canhonestly say that I enjoy picking up our order,they are always friendly, ask how I'm doing, and make sure I am appreciated as acustomer. I recommend them ????!! Read more
