Ok, I gave a one star here which is incredibly generous, but negative stars aren?t a possibility. We stopped in to grab a few... hotdogs on the way out of town. First the parking lot is a mess. It looks like it?s not been cleaned in a very long time. Oncein, the restaurant was also dirty. We should have left, but we really like Zestos in other places, so we pushed on. It took areally long time to get our food, and when it finally came my wife?s was completely wrong. We had it remade and it came backwith the bread wrapper embedded in the chili. The service was so terrible that we didn?t even bother telling them. We threw thefood away and went somewhere else for lunch. Awful experience all the way around, avoid at all costs. Read more
Enjoyed zesty a lot. Haven't been here in years. Got the banana split. It was huge and very tasty. Dinning room was clean.... Bathroom needs some care but all in all we enjoyed zesto.. workers were very nice and thanking everyone for being patient bcthey were short on help. No problem worth the wait especially when they care about their customers. Read more
I came to this establishment on July 24 and we had to wait in the drive thru and it did not move and then I had to go into the... restaurant . It took 45 minutes . I ordered food at the counter and the cashier was on instagram. I asked what was in the blackbean burger and he said he didn?t know . Then I ordered a black bean burger and fries and then a fat boy . My order was given tosomeone else in the drive thru. Then I was given free coleslaw and onion rings and the onion rings were coming apart . The blackbean Burger was also not cooked . My husband was waiting in the car and hungry and then the burger wasn?t cooked ! We had topaid $17.00 for this food . This is unacceptable! I will not be coming back here . First time at Zesto?s, it was great! I took my boys, one had the kids grilled cheese the other had the tenders and I had the... turkey burger. The meals were hot and fresh and the staff were busy but were nice and the lady taking our order was asweetheart. $10~ for an adult meal and $6~ for a kiddie meal not bad I would say, considering the price of food is going up.Definitely recommend and definitely will come back! The only thing good was the milkshake. Burger sloppy and clearly warmed, wings lacking in flavor tough too bite into, got... chicken veins stuck in my teeth I spit out the one bite that I took asap. Couldn?t bring myself to swallow it. Fries wereunseasoned, and greasy onion rings were maybe too fresh not cooked long enough onions were still hard under the batter. My wife and I came here for the very first time today on March 31, 2022 around noon (very first visit to a Zesto, ever) and we... were pleasantly surprised. Since we were not familiar with the menu we thought we would both try something different than eachother. I had the steak burger with a side of fried okra and a coke. The burger was really good, of course it was more of ahamburger/steak patty but it was a decent size and the meat definitely taster better than your average hamburger. The fried okrawere large and fried to perfection, not too greasy or overcooked. The coke was pretty flat. My wife had the gyro wrap, that wasexcellent. The meat was perfect, with tomatoes and Zestos tzatziki sauce, really great flavor. The lady at the drive-thru wasnot the most pleasant human I have met in my life but she was not downright rude, just impolite. The prices are a little higherthan most fast food burger-type joints but the food also tasted better than most. Will return and try other dishes. Read more
So i order a 3 piece chicken dinner from this place. My chicken was was still raw aka pink as hell I call back up there and they... lied and said they never took a 3 chicken dinner order. According to the night manager but guess what i have the Receipt showingthey did. And then hung up the phone in my face. I would advise you to never eat at this place at all they are very nasty theinside was had trash everywhere. And night crew was unprofessional. I know nothing will be done because the owner can care lessabout customers complaints. Food for thought if the owner doesn?t care why would his employees care either. DO NOT EAT AT THISPLACE ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY UNTRAINED AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read more
This was our first time eating at Zesto. I order the Cheeseburger; I thought the hamburger meat would be bigger than this. It... was a little burnt around the edges (I?m not sure if that?s their trademark) but the bun was fresh and the food is cooked toorder. My husband ordered the Fish Filet Sandwich combo he stated: ?It?s good and fresh, I wish they would have had RomaineLettuce on it.? My opinion is that Zesto is overpriced for the portion size ($16.79). I left still hungry. But I must say; thelobby and bathrooms where clean, and they have good customer service. Read more
