First experience at Zaxbys. Was the worst. First this was around after 8pm. Nothing but what looked like high school kids... working. They were playing, talking very loud, one young man grabbed what looked like a food tray container and was hitting theyoung lady the front cashier with it. The young man in drive thru came out from the counter and walked to the front door, lookedout at all the cars waiting and proceeded to curse very loud while there were people in the restaurant lobby including myselfand my wife. Their was about 5 to 6 people in the kitchen but yet it took almost 30 minutes to recieve my order. Exactly 28minutes 42 seconds. I timed it. I didn't see a Manager or Supervisor to take charge. They just continued playing and talking. 3stars for the food because it was cold, too little fries, and my wife was short on her wings. Atmosphere 1 star. The dinningroom was very dirty and unclean. Food crumbs on tables and floor sticky from soda I'm guessing. Don't know if I'll be back. Read more

I order a Big Zax Snack this is what they give me butter down bread, tenders warm or cold and fries. No bbq sauce that they... charge extra for...... I stay 10 mins from this location to get home my food wasnt fresh... i will not be back to thislocation.... Read more

I went through the drive through today and it was a bit long with a long wait time. When I finally ordered my food and got to... the window Blake was so nice and friendly. Him and the other worker at the window Tekya were so warm and welcoming. When I gotmy food it was nice and hot! Will be back soon. Read more

Terrible. Every time. Tried to give another shot because zaxbys is normally fire but last time for me. Customers all angry.... Waited at register for 12 minutes to place an order and was ignored the entire time. Watched people asking where their food isgetting laughed at by staff in their face. Gave up and walked out. I don't know what's going on at this store but it took almost an HOUR to even get to the window. When I finally got to the... window I received the incorrect drink without a straw and didn't get an explanation or an apology for the long wait. The picsadded is the drive-thru line AFTER me. While in line I called to see if they were experiencing a problem but whoever answeredthe phone assured me everything is fine despite the long wait. After I got off the phone the line finally moved after 10+mins. This is by far the worst experience I've had at Zaxby's and will be my last not just for this particular store but of theentire restaurant. Read more
