This location never has their ducks in a row. Do not make the mistake of ordering on the app because it will not be ready on... time or may never be ready. After waiting 30 minutes and then asking the girl at the register if they had my order at least intheir system all she said is ?it?s not ready?. She didn?t try to look it up or look at the tickets on the counter for to goorders. Would not recommend this location. I will recommend the location off of Fairborn Road. Read more

This is just crazy. I order the 5pc tender meal with double fries, the wings and things meal, and a grilled chicken Cobb salad.... All of this was like $45,Highway robbery .I?m so disappointed in the customer service at this place. The lady that took theorder was very sweet. I pay and get my food, I pull up to check my food and noticed for the amount of money I spent there wasvery little food and they forget the double fries. I called the manager who explained that the fries are only 5 ounces anddouble fries is 8 ounces. But if something is doubled it?s twice as much which would be 10 ounces, right. I went back arounddrive thru to get the missing fries. I pull up and explain what I?m missing. I asked if they could just bring me the missingfries, as they often have customers to pull up or park to bring them their food. I hear we are busy and so much hesitation towant to give me the fries. The girl that took my order finally stated to park to bring it out and still had to wait at leastanother 10 -15 minutes. This is what the plates looked like. I will not be going back.
