The service is horrible. I put in an order online and showed up when my email said my food would be ready. When I got there, it... wasn't ready. There was a young lady with long braids bagging food. Her hair was all in the customers bag. When I asked her toput her hair up, she used a mask. DID NOT WASH HER HANDS AND GOT BACK ON THE LINE. I asked that she not prepare my food. She hada whole attitude about it bit that's disgusting. I talked to the manager and she said she was watching the camera. Ma'am.. youwere in the bathroom for the 1st 20 minutes I was in the store. They need to hire an entirely new crew. This current crewdoesn't care about anything. The food was ok but I won't spend my money here again. I'd rather try another. Read more
Absolutely the worst wingstop location I?ve ever been to. I was kind of excited to have a wingstop near, but unfortunately I... should have expected the extremely slow service, incorrect orders and no accountability for mistakes from the team (it?s sadlynormal for all restaurants in the cascade area, which is unfortunate that we don?t try to have an additional ounce of decorumand professionalism in our own neighborhoods). Please save yourself and never patronize this location. You will just end upwith a partial order that?s already cold when you receive it bc you?ve been waiting for 30 minutes for an order the team membersaid wasn?t complete, when it was and when you ask for a remake of your full order you will be told no and wait over 30 moreminutes (I?m in the location now, still waiting) just to get a 10 pc wing. Okay Campcreek location did me wrong so I decided to try Cascade location and ????????worst ever!!!! I ordered Louisiana Rub... fries crispy with light seasoning. No sauce or flavor ????. The service here was awful! I was one of two people in the store and the staff totally ignored us. Finally, the young cashier... came to take my order. She had problems with the cash register and I guess the guy was a manager or team lead took his sweettime coming to assist her. No apology for the delay at all. When I finally placed my order (only wings), it took over 45minutes to receive. They were bland! I tried this restaurant because I live near the area but I will not return! I went to get two large fries for my daughter?s. I waited for nearly 30 minutes for fries? I was patient at first until I... realized everyone in the back was just looking around. So I asked politely about my order. The guy said at the register said wegot it coming. He had to tell the cook to make my fries. Then, an elderly lady walked to the pick up area who stood there for awhile waiting on her food. After she got her food I was still there waiting. I got up again and asked where my order was. I sawthe cook say they put it in the elderly ladies bag, so they had to make it again?. Once I got my order no sorry for the wait orany type of apologies.
