Last weekend, I ordered 2 orders of wings and fries which were a overly salty to say the least. I called the restaurant to voice... my displeasure with my order and the manager on duty (Nortorria) was sincere in her understanding of my complaint and offered tomake it right. She took charge as a store leader and ensured customer satisfaction by offering another order on a busy Fridaynight. She apologized and had my order ready upon my return. Her leadership and good customer service Will keep me coming back.I just thought I?d share a positive because all too often we are more inclined to share negative interactions. Read more

This store has made a whole 360 under their new management. If you knew how this store was before you know that this store was a... hot mess. The new manager Natorria has brought more organization and cleanliness to this location. She is doing a great job andshe also ensures to build great relationships with customers. Which makes the experience so much better than before. As aregular customer I can say that even the quality of the food and customer service is top tier now. I have eaten from here a few times and the key is order ahead for pickup. My most recent order was fresh, delicious, and... accurate. I?ve gone in tho and ordered at the register and waited 40 minutes so pickup is my fave option. I?m obsessed with thecorn and fries! Read more

Terrible experience and I won?t be back even though I have visited this location many times. I submitted my online order at... 11:16 and arrived to pick it up at 11:35 because the expected wait time was roughly 20minutes. Did not get greeted. When Ifinally got to the counter, the young lady was oblivious to everything going on around her and multiple people were alreadyfrustrated that they did not receive their orders. I was advised my order wasn?t ready and they did not see my online order butassured me they would make it if I could wait a few minutes. I stood in there until 12:15 and tried asking every 10minutes howmuch longer it would be but I kept getting ignored. Finally, I approached the counter and talked to the young lady again whosaid they did not start my order at all and still didn?t see my order online. She acted as though she had not seen me standingthere and didn?t already speak to me the first time I was at the counter and standing there the whole time. I finally asked fora manager so I could get a refund after an hour since my order was placed but they did not want to get her because she was?busy in the back?. I insisted and still had to wait 10 more minutes for the manger to rudely come up and not even acknowledgepresence. Ashley was extremely rude and showed no accountability or concern for a paying customer who wasted more than enoughtime waiting for the situation to be corrected or made right. I asked for the corporate number and she pointed still not sayinga word. She didn?t even want to give me a refund and tossed the money on the counter. I asked for a receipt with the storenumber on it and she acted as though that was an issue as well. Great place so far love the customer service especially for a new opening in the area . Also the kitchen guys they are very... clean and spot on !!! I usually don?t leave reviews but I had too. My fries were way OVER cooked an I?m guessing do to chicken shortage or prices is... why you weren?t offering wing combos? I ordered the 3 regular wings and thigh combo(only combo available) As you can see thefries weren?t good, I was missing a wing and the thighs were cooked hard???????? Oh and I?ll blame DoorDash for part of this butI also didn?t get my soda!! Read more

I ordered thighs and they were delivered undercooked? the manager wanted me to bring the undercooked thighs? delivered by...
