It seems that every other order from here is terrible. Usually, it turns out that both of our hamburgers, even though ordered... medium and medium rare, are extremely well done. Today though, we had something new. It seems that they poured the oil withthe french fries into the container in addition to the fries. So, I picked up my hamburger, and there was my pile of friesplaced into a large serving of oil. It was disgusting. While management is usually fairly good about replacing orders, it?sabout the effort. No one wants to leave the house and go pick up dinner again. Wing Factory no longer delivers. So we would haveto leave, in the middle of a meal and go pick up a replacement meal for just one person. We have actually done this before withtheir food. We just don?t ever want to do it again. They really need to fix it. Their prices have gone up ridiculously over thelast couple of years. They could at least perform for the value. Read more
The Wing Factory has been a staple for me for the past 20 years. However, I don?t believe they have the same care that they once... had. I was amazed to see that portions are no where near what they used to be. They definitely charge the same if not a littlemore, but you will receive maybe half of what you used to receive. I?m not sure if I will go back because when a businesschanges their standards, I tend to find other businesses to accommodate my needs and at a fairer price. Read more
This was one of my favorite places to grab wings and fries to go. Things have changed for the worse. The prices have increased?I... understand the increase of prices. It?s business. However the service has decreased. Their is a lackluster attitude from many ofthe staff members that I?ve encountered and it is very off putting. Also, the care for the food has dropped. The wing comboorders come with fries that are place on the bottom of the container. The wings are placed on top and, apparently, the standardpractice is to smash the chicken down causing the fries to be flattened. No one asked for wings and mashed potatoes. Lastly,although the prices have increased, the menus online still show the old prices. Time to update the menu and the service. Read more
Down to earth atmosphere. Very polite servers, this is a great place to take your family or spouse for a quick bite to eat. I... even seen Vince Carter (NBA). We have to let them enjoy themselves when we see them out. Read more
Okay, ???? so I was extremely excited to see their menu and their different flavors for wings. So I called and place a Togo... order for the 10 piece combo ?Buffalo Ranch? (wings and fries only) my total came to about 15 and change (receipt below). So tomy amazement when I arrived home ? not only did they only give me drums ???? (no flats in sight) but a small portion of friesthat resembles a kids meals . The flavor tastes a little off .. I could not quite put my finger on it but I wouldn?t recommend.As a paying customer I felt bamboozled ???? honestly don?t see me returning. Read more

My family & I were in the area and had a taste for wings. We found this location via Google maps and decided to give it a try.... I'm so glad we did! The service was exceptional and the food was so good. The lemon pepper wings taste like they just came outof the hot grease (Yummm!!)
