I can hardly even begin to express my love of Willy?s. My family jokes that this Willy?s is our kitchen, but really, it does... feel like home. Whenever my brothers come visit for holidays, the first thing they always want to do is go to Willy?s. This istruly the best Mexican food that could ever exist. And the staff is more than amazing! I was very disappointed tonight about my experience at this location. There were about 6 employees working tonight around 8:39... pm. They all had very nasty attitude from the one who took my order to the one who prepare the order to the one who paid at theregister. They also gave me the wrong order which it was very spice and completely different for what I ordered. I decided notto go back to the register to argue about the whole experience including receiving the wrong order. I left the place extremelydisappointed and angry. I could tell the staff was talking all loud and made fun of whatever they were having a conversation asI was leaving the place. Im run luxury hotels for living and I will be very disappointed and unhappy if I find out that any ofmy employees have this type of behavior or treat my clients this way. Read more
We just ate in this place around 8 pm. We were just finishing our food and one employee started slamming the chairs while he was... putting them on the table. There were still people eating there. And closing time says 10pm that?s why we were confuse why hewas rude. Then, he was extremely disrespectful giving people attitude. If he don?t like his job he shouldn?t be working there.Owner or manager should know how his employees act around paying customers. Unprofessional to the highest level.
