Food was Good & Hot & service was quick hardly no wait time, only thing was the condiments that we asked for was not put into... the bag's of purchase. I did hear one of the employees say 3-4 times what to put in wt/ order. Had to drive back around & waitthis time to get the items we asked for. Other than that all was fine. Read more

The staff is rude and they often close without notice. I don?t know if the owner knows or cares how often the restaurant is... closed during posted working hours. They don?t listen so your order is always inaccurate in some way. Read more

I went to this Wendy?s and had to repeat my order(which was only 2 simple combos-no modifications) five times. When I got to the... window they swiped my card. They were rude and not even paying attention. They didn?t give me a receipt. I asked and was rudelytold I would get it at the next window. I got to the next window and was rudely given the bag and not even acknowledged. I hadto knock on the window to ask for my receipt. I was then told that I should of asked the window before for my reciept(which Idid and was told I would get it at the second one). So I left. Get home and my burgers were not correct. I called and asked tospeak to the manager. After holding for 10 minutes he finally came to the phone. I introduced myself and asked for his name. Hewas refusing to give me his name after I asked 3 times. So I told him that I was reporting this to corporate and he said hisname was Dave(yeah right). He was even ruder than his staff. I told him about my whole experience for him to shrug it off justto say ?Well just bring it back?. If I could of brought it back I would of. But better yet if the staff got things donerespectfully and took their job more seriously I wouldn?t have to. I told him I couldn?t come back until tomorrow and he told meI would have to present a receipt to get my order corrected after I already told him that his rude staff did NOT give me one,even after asking. So I basically wasted money. We literally didn?t eat any of it. It wasn?t right. I can?t wait to slam thatfood on the counter tomorrow. Their nasty attitudes has enlightened me as to why so many fast food workers are getting draggedon social media. Read more

This location is seriously hurting for staff and the counter inside is shut down. When the app doesn't work on your phone,... you'll have to go through drive through because the touch screens are also disabled inside. The people that you can get to helpyou are not the nicest in the world. Read more

My husband and I walked into the dining area today thinking we'd grab a quick bite to eat for lunch after shopping at Cumberland... Mall. NOT!! We walked right in and headed to order and were met with signs on their registers that read 'Mobile orders only.' Anemployee walked right past us from behind the counter without saying a word and the two others working to fill orders did thesame. No wonder the parking lot and drive thru were almost empty. It would have been better suited if that sign was at the door.Instead, it listed there business hours including dine in. We could've used the drive thru, but since we didn't get thecourtesy of a hello, we figured the food would be just as sub par. Read more

The experience was everything I expect from Wendy?s; the food was hot and served fast but with the assembly line quality to... which my sandwich was put together, I don?t think it would?ve met more stringent Quality Control standards. Very edible and Iwas pleased with my meal. Read more
