Employee dropped a frosty on my car.. laughed about it. Then got another and handed it to me without apologizing for hitting my... car. I then asked for a spoon and employee stated it was in the bag.. got home and was not in the bag. Like do these kids thatwork go to school at all.. just stupidity and immaturity there. I?ve had so many bad experiences at this location too. Just goeat somewhere else. Read more

The one star is for the woman who came over and quickly apologized. However, the man on the intercom and who made my sprite with... no ice was extremely rude. While trying to place an order for a four for four he kept cutting me off. He repeated my order and Iasked if he got that I asked for sprite with no ice. He said he heard me and I thanked him. I paid and drove to the secondwindow and the same man who took my order handed me a sprite WITH ice. I said I am sorry I asked for no ice. He started yellingat me saying, it's not that serious. I said I asked twice for no ice on the intercom. He kept yelling back it's not that seriousbut I'll make you a new drink. He then strained the ice of the cup and poured it into the same sprite in the new cup.... How hethought that was sanitary was beyond me. However, I took the new drink and I said thank you so much. I believe the manager sawthe exchange and she rushed over to apologize. However, the damage was already done. I don't understand how an employee whoworks in fast food can get upset with me asking them to do their job. The only reason I am writing a review because he was sorude for no reason I was actually taken back. Even the manager was taken back while apologizing her eyes were just as wide asmine. We were both sitting there confused on what happened. I get everyone has a bad day but it was uncalled for. Rude frombeginning to end. Read more

After being to many many disappointing fast food places in North Atlanta, I was so happy to find a store that was so nice. It's... scary nowadays to see a now hiring sign on the window, because you never know how understaffed they are inside. The dining roomwas OPEN! Yay that's a start. And it was clean! Our order was perfect. No missing items. The employee was friendly andfunny. Our food was hot and tasty. No sitting under the warmer here. Fries were hot and salty! I know it's weird to yelp a fastfood restaurant, but with all the bad experiences I've had lately, a little praise was due Good job! Read more

This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen! They always have an attitude and when you pull up to the window they... look like they hate there job. Today just really topped the cake for me. I ordered a strawberry frosty and they did not evenfill it up smh. This place seriously needs new management! Read more

God knows how much I love Wendy's food. So I order Wendy's food on the app that way it could be already paid for and ready to be... made when I get there. The lady at the window is very kind when she asked me if I would politely wait over in the order takeoutparking space so they can make fresh food. In which they let me sit there for over a half an hour and didn't even come to me Igot tired of waiting and decided I was going to stroll back through one more time to see if they eventually have my food. Ididn't have a whole lot of food two sandwiches and a drink that I was going to just run down the street and grab and be rightback with. When I do get to the window she pretty much swings the food at me and shuts the window before I could say or askabsolutely anything. When I get back to enjoying my favorite fast food not only is it cold but the burger itself was old thebone was half Frozen and to beat it all the sandwiches were not even made correctly as I order the same thing every time I gothere. I'm not sure if the issue lies with management and their lack of skill set or if it lies with the employees and theirlack of care but this Wendy's needs to be shut down. Read more

Good food friendly staff, bathrooms could use some attention and have the things that are broken fixed. Store looks like it had... been updated and was nice on the inside. The inside was clean. Read more

I've not been back to this Wendy's since July and am posting this review as I never heard back after I completed the survey. I... hoped for a response but I suppose when the review is internal no response or update is given. Below is the response made forthe survey that received no response: Assumed I wanted a medium combo instead of asking and did not state combo was a medium atany point during visit. Mentioned the price for my order was a bit higher than expected and was told they didn't take my order,the price was the price. Explained I expected to pay about $5 for the combo as it was on the board at $7 and I had a coupon fortwo dollars off. They replied with the total due, after coupon, was $6.95. Employee stated that Wendy's is an expensiverestaurant, which I found insulting as anyone who has any experience eating knows Wendy's is affordable, if not extremelyinexpensive. When I disagreed with the sentiment, the employee doubled down and stated "this" Wendy's is expensive. At no pointin time did I express difficult in paying, only that the price did not match my expectations. As I was gathering the change topay for my meal the employee was joined by another and they seemed to be upset because I didn't have my payment readyimmediately. While I was providing payment I was told to pull forward my food is already ready (insinuating I took too long toprovide payment) and was sent off with an ingenious appreciative statement. When I got to the second window, the employeeunceremoniously handed me my bag, after a min or so of hovering by the window and passed me a medium drink. At that moment Iunderstood why the price was different then expected. I frequently visit Wendy's and very rarely if ever fill out these surveys,however, I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected by the staff members silent-ish judgements due to the mistake of one oftheir coworkers.
