This place needs some work. There's no reason for food to take that long to receive from the time you order. Takes the fast out... of fast food. By the time I got food it was cold. Staff looks young. Think they spend too much time talking to each other (I'mall for comraderie but come on) instead of focusing on ensuring people get their food quickly. Read more
Employees have a terrible attitude and are incredibly unprofessional. They will yell and scream at customers. They will get your... order wrong and then give you the worst attitude when you step back up to the counter to get it fixed. How is this place allowedto remain open?! Takes 45 minutes to get your food with nothing to warning that it will take that long. Then your food is served with attitude... that you inconvenienced them. Would be faster just to have the customers order their food from midtown for delivery... Read more

Opens 7am in ATL concourse B Well lowering my rating. We were there at 6:30 and just waited til 7am There was NO coffee and only... potatoes for the combo ( no apple wedges and no oatmeal bar) do disappointed in an airport eatery. Then I had no idea that forthe inconvenience of missing our flight the $15 per person was not permitting Wendy to put 2 combo orders on 1 voucher. Thatmakes no sense if I was a big eater and wanted 2 sandwiches I should have been able to apply the full $15 and pay the differenceand take the other $15 family voucher to get a lunch. Just your normal airport fast food restaurant. This is located almost as soon as you enter terminal B. No less thank 25 people... in line in this small space. I had a frosty and fries. They were good. Took about 8 minutes In line. Read more
Burgers and fries were good but unfortunately I got the wrong drink and the wrong sauces. Also there were a lot of disgusting... greasy cobwebs just behind the screen on the left side of pick-up. I would come again because it still tasted good but be supercareful to check my order. Read more
There was a young lady named Eve working here and I needed to let someone know that she turned my night around. I was visually... sad and dealing with things but her kind words to me, a complete stranger, really did mean a lot to me. I ended up with amilkshake that was really good, but Eve's kindness is what really stood out. Thank you Eve. Read more
