I really despise giving my people my money in our neighborhood only to be treated like a second class citizen. I went to this... location, sat in line for over 20 minutes to only get cold food. When I ask the two managers that were outside I can go inbecause my nuggets were cold, the dark one act as if I was bother her and interrupted her conversation. I'm not going pay youand beg you. Wendy's Old National Highway GA. The staff there is normally really friendly but last night I am guessing they were tired. I... kept watching them walk by and I was blowing my horn to get their attention until I finally realized the note on the window. Thedrivethru was closed. I'm not trying to be funny but don't just ignore people. I know the staff gets tired and are ready to gohome but they could have did a close sign or something. I was at the Old National Hwy location in College Park. Waited in drive through about 20 min. Ordered 3-$6 combo orders with 2... small frosty?s and a small chili. For the chili they gave gave us a fork and no spoons for the frosty. The Chili was cold. Noketchup for fries and no sauce for nuggets. No excuse for this kind of service? Read more
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Waited in drive through for 27 minutes to finally order. Only wanted the summer salad. Get to the... window to be told "We're out of salads!" Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line to get lukewarm food. When you get to the drivethru speaker be prepared for no one to... greet you for at least 5 minutes, while you keep saying hello. Really wish service was better. Read more
