I ordered Dave?s triple meal, but they gave me Dave?s single, and the fries had a strand of hair in them, so I went back and got... new fries; I saw the worker didn?t have gloves on and had his fingers in the french fry box. Real bad service and the diningroom is also closed. Read more

Despite being backed up with a very large $100+ order, I was surprised how quickly staff moved and got the line down. I?m a... medical transporter and don?t stay in the ATL area so it was nice to be able to grab some quick lunch and be able to park in thelo for a little while. The staff was nice, keep it up! Got our order wrong. Got an attitude when I asked to correct the order and trade the sauces for what we ordered. The two ladies... at the window were openly insulting my girlfriend while we waited for them to fix the issue. What a joke. 8/27 @ 2:30 pm Read more

I?ve never had a issue with this wendys until today. The workers here are usually very friendly, however today I was rushed to... order my food. I wasn?t greeted when I arrived at the window. I had to pull forward and wait for my order. When the womanapproached my car she just stood there. I didn?t receive my dipping sauce so I had to go back inside to retrieve it. When a customer orders their burger plain, there is usually a reason. Some of us are allergic to things that are on burgers so ... I will no longer be eating here at this location. They have for a second time put everything on my burger. It?s easier to makeplain burgers so it doesn?t make much sense why they don?t listen to the customers. Maybe stay off phones and pay attention towhat your doing next time. Read more

If I could give no stars, I would. The customer service was absolutely horrible. As much as I wanted Wendy?s, I don?t believe I... deserved the lack of professionalism and horrible customer service. On Thursday, July 21st 2022 @ 4pm, I dealt with the worstemployees. The drive through He/She?s were rude, Impatient and disrespectful. I was rushed through my order at the drive thru,which was distasteful. Even after saying ?thank you?, once receiving my meal, I didn't get a ?You?re Welcome.? I only received ablank cold stare that didn?t put fear in my heart. I?m not sure if it?s the location or management, but situations like thismakes a person choose appropriate locations for better quality service. I didn't even receive a receipt; therefore, I?m not surewho took my order. Management needs too get on this, because customer service makes or breaks restaurants like this. Read more
