May the gods bless you with patience. The wait times are horrendous. They have two drive thru lines yet only utilize one. I... suspect they are understaffed for lunch rushes. The staff are rude and look overworked. Drive to the one in lithia springs orthe one in Princeton lakes. Do not plan to eat inside the restaurant they lock it up for some reason... Read more

This store seems to never have employees.... today excuse is the don't have a cashier so they can't take cash orders. Just kiosk... and mobile orders. Also can't get breakfast in the A.M. because they don't have enough employees to open the dining area (I havea semi and can't use the drive though). Read more

They need to get rid of the Kiosks because it's ruining the experience. I arrived and stood at the register. At least 4 people... just standing behind the counter having the conversation of their lives. One finally notices me "oh we don't have a cashier, usethe kiosk". Whatever. So after I fumble through the Kiosk for 3 minutes (which could have been a 30 second order) she gives memy drink. I tell her I didn't want ice. "Why didn't you tell me that" ... "i used the Kiosk" I said. She couldn't help butgive me the saltiest ugliest face. Oh well. They also turned down customers who were trying to pay cash because "they didn'thave a cashier". Not ONE qualified cashier out of the 4 standing their having tea time behind the counter? Read more

Half full Chili an no sauce for nuggets ,Indoors was closed so line was slammed gave 3 star cause the chili was good.

Worse Wendy's I have been too. First they make you order from the kiosks if they don't know you. Second they can't get orders... correctly done. I ordered a Baconator meal and got a Dave's double instead. Now I drive a semi and had to leave for a pickup soI didn't notice the mess up until I was already gone . While I was waiting they messed up on at least two other orders. How hardis it to put the correct food in a bag. They better be paying the employees 7.35/hrs. He'll even that is too much. This Wendy?s sucks. The website says they close at 10pm but every night at 9:30pm an employee( light skin lady with glasses)... comes out to drive thru and say they are closed. I will no longer waste my time and I?m officially done with Wendy?s. Read more
