I have been to this store twice because it's the only Wendy's near my house but have never been able to order food here. First... time they didn't have any chocolate frosty and that's what I wanted so left. Today went and they didn't have any salads and thefrosty machine was broken. The young lady taking the order said she isnt responsible for ordering supply deliveries so doesn'tknow when they will have supplies. This is unacceptable and we deserve better service from establishments in Cascade. The GMneeds to get on their job! Read more
One of the worst ones thus far. All the staff are rude. Very ghetto. Lack communication and customer service skills. Never have ... what you want. Why is this restaurant still open. First they started shutting down the store at 10:30 when they don?t close until 1am. Second my complete order was cold. They did... not have all my food. Poor Leadership, poor and lack of effective communication, POOR ATTITUDES from the entire night crewincluding the management. With my order i ordered a 10pc nugget meal, they gave me a 6 piece , which is not what I ordered norit it what I paid for. I asked for a baked potato with my order, and was told they was not going to prepare any more becausethey already started shutting down, I asked for strawberry lemonade and Pineapple lemonade and a sprite with my drinks and wasgiven half empty drinks watered down Coca colas. I placed a mobile order only to get home and both my burgers were made incorrectly. I drive all the way back to the location to... return my order and was rudely greeted by a manager. He did not ask what I ordered or even seemed to care my order wasincorrect, he just advised the cook to remake it and once remade it was still incorrect. I informed him it wasn?t correct himand the cook started getting rude and he advised me I?d have to get my money back online. I advised I?d need a refund and hestated he?d call the police and continued to argue with me about my order. I don?t appreciate the quality of service at theplace and it literally was my last resort because I already knew it was going to be some B.S. per usual. I?ll will need to bereimbursed my full order. A Customer Service Disaster I ordered food through the drive thru. They messed up my 3 person order and turned it into a 2... person order. I ordered 3 $5 meals and they gave me only 2 meals that were small in size. She even repeated the order backcorrect but messed it up. Then to add insult to injury, they told me to "come in and get my 3rd order, you are holding up theline and other people's food is getting cold!" They also just charged me for 2. Wow, talk about great customer service! I thinkthe conversation should've been, "Mame, I do apologize for the inconvenience, if you pull up, we'll bring that last order out toyou! Don't worry about that 3rd order, it is our error. EVEN IF NOT FOR FREE, "I do apologize, but I only rang you up for 2. Youcan pay for it here but please pull up to the front and someone will bring it out to you." What hurts my feelings is when it'sour own people who fail in offering great customer service and you operate at a place of business like you are at your houseinstead of a company!
