Went there over a week ago ordered two baconator combos was charged extra for lemonade because they didn't have the drink we... actually wanted them when we got our food it was missing bacon and a slice of cheese. After spending $25 the manager refused arefund called the 800# said I would get a callback to go get my refund STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK OUT A CALLBACK so hereI am upset I gotta actually give them 1 star Read more

THE GUY WITH DREADS AT THE MAIN WINDOW TOOK OUR MEAL WITH A WHOLE ATTITUDE HE DIDN'T ASK WHAT KIND OF DRINKS WE WANTED NOR... DID HE ASK IF WE WANTED ANYTHING ELSE HE TREATED US AS IF WE WAS FINISH AND DIDNT CARE IF WE WANTED ANYTHING ELSE...WHEN I GOTTHE WINDOW I ASKED HIM WHY DID HE HAVE TO TAKE OUR ORDER RUDE HE LOOKED AT ME HANDED ME MY SINGLE DRINK THEN TOLD ME THATS ALLI ORDER WHEN I CORRECTED HIM HE TOLD ME HE DIDNT HAVE TO SERVICE ME THEN SLAM THE WINDOW CLOSE THEN PROCEED AS IF WE WAS NOTTHERE ..I TRIED TO ASK FOR A MANAGER BY WAVING MY HAND AT THE WINDOW THEN KNOCKED AND BLEW MY TRUCK HORN ...BUT STILL NO ANSWERAS IF I WAS NOT THERE ..HE WAS SO HORRIBLE!!AND I BEEN GOING TO THAT WENDY'S FOR OVER 5 YRS AND ITS ALWAYS BEEN AT NIGHT BECAUSEI LIVE CLOSE BY AND WORK CLOSE BY.... As a deaf person, they shrug their shoulders when I told them I don't own a car and I can't hear through the intercom. I need to... be able to read lips to get my order. Smh. The dining room is locked yet I saw 2 customers inside with their order and theydidn't have anything posted for me to read that their dining room is closed. Read more

Sat in drive thru about 30 minutes to find out the store had closed while we were in line...store sign said closing at 2am but... it was only 6 minutes after 1...no explanation or apology just we're closed and the headset turned off. When we left theproperty, there were at least 5 cars being ignored waiting in line. To the owner of that Wendy's...you need a whole new nightcrew. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION There is literally not a low enough rating for this poor excuse of a Wendy's. It gives a bad name to... all it's siblings in the franchise. To start, the "bacon burger" patty was cold even though the staff stated that they juststarted serving lunch. Cheese was almost frozen and what little veg there was absolutely NO veg to speak of, and the bacon wasso soggy it was indistinguishable from the bun. The whole thing was tossed together and thrown into a bag half open. The frieswere, again, soggy and cold. The coffee drink ordered wasn't even stirred and was literally melted ice, old coffee, and way toomany pumps of some sweet syrup, in that order. The ONLY thing that was even close to edible were the chicken nuggets, and eventhen, they weren't warm. And on top of ALL of that, the staff was extremely rude. We were on the way to a social engagement anddidn't have the energy to return the meals, though had we tried, based on our interactions with staff, I highly doubt they wouldhave done anything about it.
