I don't think I would ever eat at this specific location or come back here. I placed an online order and was expecting to... receive it, but the manager that works on the night shift said she would not serve me because she was understaffed, and wouldonly be taking drive-threw orders, even though it was only 7 pm and the sign on the door said that dine in would close at 8. Iwalked so I did not have a car to go in the drive threw, so I asked for a refund instead and she hung up on me. I did notreceive any food and my money had been stolen from me. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and dispute the charge with mybank in order to get my money back. Read more
This location is never open for dine-in or on foot take out, even though their sign on the door ststes that it should be. Also,... they will not allow you to pick up your food through the drive through. Very rude and impatient staff. Someone from corporateneeds to evaluate this store. Ive never seen a wendys as unorganized as this one. Read more
I ordered through the mobile app. The sign on the door said they were open for mobile orders however the doors were locked. I... knocked on the door and they just shook they head. Didn't check to see if I had an order or not. I already paid for it throughthe app and getting refunds are like going through hell so I had to get in the drive thru lane. The drive thru literally had 12cars in it smh. I will never come back to this Wendy's again. This is a recurring habit of HORRIBLE service. Drive thru was soooo crazy slow after i paid for my 2 frozen Cokes at the first window. "Rainbow" the colorful lady at the first... window was cheerful, all smiles & as her name shows, clearly reflected her personality! She truly made up for the super slowsecond window. I think that never in my life had I felt so humiliated and discriminated against by anyone as did the staff of the premises: 35... Hamilton E Holmes Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30311 since on Saturday night 07/16 for personal reasons I do not have car for the momentbut I queued as any customer in the car area from 9:10 pm to 9:30 pm so 20 minutes to finally get to the monitor and be servedbecause they are slow to serve the clients that leaves much to be desired and the most ironic of all that almost all the staffwas outside at the tables chilling on break and only 2 or 3 employees working inside the facilities in short, wait again for 5to 10 more minutes in front of the monitor to give my order and until they finally attended me they told me that they did notaccept orders from people on foot, are you serious? 1st I was going to pay for the food, it was not free 2nd I did not see anysign or advertisement that said that no people on foot 3rd they saw on the cameras that I was in line, even more they saw that Iwas in front of the monitor ready to order and no one approached to tell me anything they made me stand up all the time fornothing and they only tell me that they do not accept orders from people walking I really believe that the shame andhumiliation, discrimination and ridicule that I experienced at that time from everyone around me does not have Could theexplanation be that the staff there are racist since they made me go through that just because I was Latino? and not being ableto defend myself or make a scandal like crazy and start arguing with them was going to get my food! Don?t ever go to this unprofessional lazy establishment July 12 2022 at 10:30pm these people had me waiting 30 mins in line just... to tell me to go back in a 30 min line since THEY had not prepared the order. Awful, slow AF and cold food. I informed the girl at the window and she stood there as if I was supposed to back down about cold... burgers. They handed the same cold burgers back to me, I wouldn?t eat here out of fear of getting sick as you know the kitchenis likely nasty, wholly dysfunctional business, typical for the area. Read more
This is the worst Wendy?s I have ever been to. They close early, the staff have awful attitudes, and they always tell me I can?t... substitute my drink for a frosty which has been a thing since Wendy?s has been around. Shut this place DOWN! Read more
