I don't think I would ever eat at this specific location or come back here. I placed an online order and was expecting to... receive it, but the manager that works on the night shift said she would not serve me because she was understaffed, and wouldonly be taking drive-threw orders, even though it was only 7 pm and the sign on the door said that dine in would close at 8. Iwalked so I did not have a car to go in the drive threw, so I asked for a refund instead and she hung up on me. I did notreceive any food and my money had been stolen from me. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and dispute the charge with mybank in order to get my money back. Read more
This location is never open for dine-in or on foot take out, even though their sign on the door ststes that it should be. Also,... they will not allow you to pick up your food through the drive through. Very rude and impatient staff. Someone from corporateneeds to evaluate this store. I ordered through the mobile app. The sign on the door said they were open for mobile orders however the doors were locked. I... knocked on the door and they just shook they head. Didn't check to see if I had an order or not. I already paid for it throughthe app and getting refunds are like going through hell so I had to get in the drive thru lane. The drive thru literally had 12cars in it smh. I will never come back to this Wendy's again. This is a recurring habit of HORRIBLE service. Drive thru was soooo crazy slow after i paid for my 2 frozen Cokes at the first window. "Rainbow" the colorful lady at the first... window was cheerful, all smiles & as her name shows, clearly reflected her personality! She truly made up for the super slowsecond window.
